Choose the group Bootcamp if your problem happens when you walk up to a woman you do not know: the nerves, the first thirty seconds, running out of things to say. Choose 1-on-1 coaching if your problem is private or specific, such as your dating apps, your messages, a date that went wrong, or a wish for a coach's whole attention. Neither one is better in general. A man whose trouble is walking up gets more from reps beside a coach than from a call. A man whose matches go quiet after the swiping gets more from a call than from three days on the street.

What the group Bootcamp gives you

Three days, in person, fully in the field. You approach women with a coach beside you, get live coaching on every approach, and get feedback after every set. The group is small, three students to one coach, so you are never one face in a crowd.

Four modules run through it. Approach covers approach anxiety, the first thirty seconds and never running out of things to say. Attraction comes next. Numbers and dates covers getting a number, texts that become dates and instant dates. Logistics and follow-through covers handling rejection and a plan for what you do next. Every day covers all four, with daygame and night game mixed to suit the group.

There is no skill floor. A total beginner is not sent to 1-on-1 coaching first. The Bootcamp specializes in approach anxiety, the moment a man locks up when he sees a woman he wants to talk to. Every student leaves with a short written practice plan: what is working, what needs attention, and where to focus the next time he goes out.

It runs in New York and Miami, and it is the only in-person program Cold Approach runs. Everything else is delivered online.

What 1-on-1 coaching gives you

There are two forms of it, and they feel very different.

1-on-1 Calls are 60-minute private video calls with a coach. You can buy one or a pack, and you book whenever you want, with no fixed schedule. Texting help is included. Before a call you can send your situation and screenshots, and afterward the coach sends a short written recap with the main issue, the key adjustments and the next focus. A single call is real coaching in its own right, not a trial. Calls cover texting, dating apps, dates and relationships as well as approaching women.

The Private Bootcamp is the same three days in the field, fully 1-on-1. One coach and one student for the whole time, with nobody else sharing the coach's attention. It also comes in shorter one-day and two-day formats.

How to pick

Match the choice to where the problem happens.

If you lock up before you speak, or you open well and then run dry, the problem lives in the field, and so should the coaching. A coach who stands next to you sees the hesitation, the opening, the moment she showed interest and you missed it. You cannot describe those things afterward, because you were busy living them. Sometimes a single comment from someone watching corrects what you would never find alone.

If your matches fade after a few messages, a date went flat, or you cannot read what she meant by a text, the problem lives on your phone. A call with your screenshots in front of the coach fits that far better than a weekend on the street.

Mistakes men make when choosing

  • Assuming private is automatically better. The group Bootcamp is small, and a beginner is welcome in it. What a group adds is other men going through the same moment, and a lot of repetitions in a short time.
  • Using a call to fix something that happens out loud. A coach can hear you describe an approach. He cannot see your hesitation. If the trouble is walking up, you want him beside you.
  • Choosing the group to avoid being watched. If the real issue is your texting, three days in a group do not touch it, and the private option does.
  • Treating either one as the whole plan. One block of coaching is a start. What you do afterward is what changes your results.

They are not either-or

You can use both, one after the other. The Bootcamp gives a hard push in person, and 1-on-1 coaching online keeps the work going afterward. The Mentorship Program is the ongoing online version, with weekly 1-on-1 video calls, unlimited coach messaging and a group chat with the coaching team. It is set up on an application call, and the Bootcamp is the usual in-person kickstart before it.

So start with the question of where your problem happens. If it is out in the field, begin with the Bootcamp. If it is on your phone or in one specific situation, begin with a call.
