A dating bootcamp is a short block of coaching where you spend the time approaching women instead of sitting through a lecture. A Cold Approach Bootcamp runs for three consecutive days, in person and fully in the field, with a coach who watches each approach and tells you what to change. You leave with a written plan for what to work on next.

Before day one

Your first contact with your coach is a short intro call. The two of you talk about where you are and what you want to work on. He also sets the exact session times with you on that call, so nothing is a surprise on the first day.

Sessions are built to fit around a job. On a weekday the first session begins in the evening, while weekends open in the afternoon.

The loop that fills the three days

That is a pair of four-hour sessions every day, 24 hours of coaching in all. Nearly all of it follows one loop.

You approach a woman while your coach is nearby. He watches what actually happens, then tells you what worked, what did not and the single most useful thing to change. You take that change into the next conversation, and the loop starts again. You repeat it for three days.

The feedback goes into detail you would miss yourself. It covers how you delivered your opening line, your timing and your flirting. It also covers what happened when the conversation turned.

Day one: foundations and first approaches

The days follow one general shape, not a fixed timetable. Day one is about foundations. Your first approaches happen, and the coach works with you on the moment you see her and cannot make yourself walk up. He also works on the opening half minute of a conversation and on what to say once you are in it, so you stop running dry.

This is where approach anxiety gets the most attention. Cold Approach specializes in it, which means the moment a man locks up when he sees someone he wants to talk to.

Day two: a full day in the field

Day two is the long one. You spend it doing daygame and nightgame, with feedback as it happens. Daygame means approaching women on the street and in cafes. Nightgame means bars and lounges after dark.

The coaching on this day centres on attraction, flirting and moving a conversation forward. A coach can see these things in a way you cannot, because you are busy living them.

Day three: from numbers to dates

On the last day the focus shifts to what happens after the first conversation. You work on getting her number or Instagram, on texts that turn into dates and on instant dates. You also look at how to follow through, including how to handle a no without letting it spoil your evening.

Across the three days the whole course covers four areas: the approach, attraction, numbers and dates, and follow-through. Attraction here means genuine interest. It also means high-status communication, plus physical comfort and escalation.

What changes from man to man

The days take a different shape for each student. A man who has rarely spoken to women he does not know may need help starting conversations and keeping them alive. An experienced man may spend the weekend on his delivery, his attraction or the step of moving things forward.

There is no skill floor, and every level is welcome.

Group or Private, and where

Group never puts more than three students with one coach, so every man's approaches still get looked at. Private pairs you with your coach alone across the whole stretch.

A Group Bootcamp takes one of the scheduled Miami weekends, Friday to Sunday. Group coaching in New York and Chicago is available on request. A Private Bootcamp can be held over three consecutive days in New York, Miami or Chicago, with the days worked out between us once you have booked.

What you leave with

At the end you receive a brief written plan for practice, drawn from what your coach saw. It covers your strengths, the part that needs work and the habit to drill when you next go out. You also join the private community Slack, added by your coach, and it stays yours once the three days end.

A follow-up call after the program is not part of it. Filming is not part of the Bootcamp. It is a separate, optional purchase in which a coach films your approaches and goes over the footage with you.
