Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy covers everything we publish: articles, course videos, App Review conversations, coaching session content, and any material we share inside private student groups. Violating it is grounds for suspension or termination of your account, with or without refund, depending on what you did.

Your subscription, course purchase, or coaching engagement entitles youto consume Cold Approach material. It does not grant a license to redistribute, repost, resell, screen-share with non-paying viewers, transcribe and republish, train an AI model on, or share the material with people who haven’t paid for access.

One paid seat = one person. Sharing login credentials with friends, roommates, group chats, or anyone else is a breach of this policy. We monitor concurrent-session signals and will lock accounts that are clearly being shared.

You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, or otherwise capture coaching sessions, group calls, or private community threads without explicit written permission from the coach running the session. Sharing another student’s private session material can lead to permanent removal. People only speak honestly in coaching when they trust the room.

Cold Approach teaches a skill set that, applied without judgment, can be used badly. We do not support coercive, predatory, or harassing behavior. The following can get you removed from any coaching engagement and refunded only per the terms of the Refund Policy:

• Approaching women in ways that are coercive, predatory, or use deception about who you are or what you want.
• Approaching minors, intoxicated women, or anyone in a clearly compromised state.
• Recording or photographing women without consent in private settings.
• Persisting after a clear no, at the door, at the bar, by text, anywhere.
• Harassing, doxxing, or bad-mouthing coaches, staff, or other students.
• Using anything you learn here to harm a specific woman you have a grievance with.

The App Review product is a coaching tool for app messages, profile work, and date prep. It is not for:

• Impersonating someone you’re not in a way designed to deceive (catfishing).
• Generating content involving minors. Ever.
• Generating non-consensual imagery of real, identifiable people.
• Stalking, harassing, or building unauthorized profiles of specific individuals.
• Bulk-spamming dating apps or messaging platforms.

We log generation requests for moderation review and will permanently terminate accounts caught using App Review for any of the above. Refunds in those cases are not available.

Date Prep is meant to give you context on a date you’re about to have or a match you’re already chatting with. the kind of due diligence any thoughtful person does. It is not for background-checking strangers, building dossiers on women you don’t know, gathering information for blackmail, employment screening, or any decision a regulated reporting agency would normally handle. Use it on people you’ve already exchanged messages with, on apps where they’ve voluntarily presented their identity. Don’t use it on strangers, ex-partners, or anyone who hasn’t opted into talking with you.

You may not republish, repost, mirror, or rehost Cold Approach material, including text, video, audio, transcripts, prompts, screenshots, coaching notes, or community posts, on any platform. You may not package any of it into a course, ebook, newsletter, or AI training set. You may quote a sentence or two with a clear attribution and a link back, the way you’d quote any published author.

Don’t scrape the site, don’t scrape the articles, don’t scrape the API, don’t use headless browsers to automate sign-ups, don’t reverse-engineer the App Review model. We reserve every legal remedy for unauthorized scraping including civil action, Stripe chargeback waiver, and account ban.

If we believe you’ve violated this policy we’ll lock your account and email you a description of the issue from hello@coldapproach.io. You have 7 days to respond before we close the account. We use our judgment on borderline cases and prioritize the safety, privacy, and integrity of the community.
