Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing, buying a course, or booking coaching with Cold Approach, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you don't agree to those policies, you should not use the service.

• Article subscription: read access to the articles while your subscription is active.
• Courses: lifetime access to the specific course you purchased, streamed via Mux. No transferable license.
• App Review: software access for replies, profile-photo work, and date prep under your account, with monthly credits.
• Coaching: the specific scope agreed to before payment. Bootcamps, immersions, and private calls each have their own scope.

You must be at least 18 to use Cold Approach. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and email us immediately.

Stripe processes all payments. We don't see your card number; Stripe holds it. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next renewal. Pricing for courses and coaching is fixed at the moment of purchase.

You can cancel a subscription any time from your account. Cancellation, refund, and reschedule details are in the Refund Policy.

Use Cold Approach to learn the skill of dating, draft replies, improve your photos, and prepare for dates with people who have already shown interest. The full list of what's allowed and what isn't lives in the Acceptable Use Policy. The short version: don't use anything you learn here to do harm, deceive, coerce, or harass anyone.

You retain ownership of photos, drafts, and other material you upload. By uploading, you grant Cold Approach a limited license to process the content for the purpose of providing the service to you by running it through our AI providers, storing it with our image provider (fal.ai), and delivering it back to your browser. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Articles, course videos, prompts, AI outputs that aren't derived from content you uploaded, brand assets, copy, illustrations, and software are owned by Cold Approach (or licensed to it). Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to consume the material, not to redistribute, repackage, or train models on it. Specifics are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We'll email you the reason unless doing so would compromise an investigation. You may close your account any time. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

Cold Approach teaches a skill set. We don't guarantee dates, relationships, or any specific result. Results depend on what you do with the material. We are not therapists, medical professionals, or a relationship-counseling service; nothing here is a substitute for any of those.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cold Approach's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify Cold Approach against any claim arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your interactions with third parties (people you meet, employers, dating platforms) that result from your conduct.

We may update these Terms. Material changes get a one-time email notice to active accounts; minor updates are published directly to this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that can't be resolved by email go to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Dallas County, Texas. You waive the right to pursue claims as part of a class action.
