A dating immersion program is a short, intensive block of days where you practice approaching and talking to women in real places, with a coach beside you the whole time. You are not in a classroom and you are not watching videos. You do the approaches, the coach watches, and you get corrected while the moment is still fresh. At Cold Approach, that program is the Bootcamp.

What "immersion" means here

The word comes from language learning. A student who spends a week living inside a language picks up more than one who studies it an hour a night for a year, because every hour is spent using it.

Dating works the same way. A man who reads about approaching women has information. A man who talks to women for eight hours a day, with someone telling him what to adjust, gets reps. The reps are what change how he walks up, what he says in the first thirty seconds, and how he handles a woman who is not interested.

That is the difference between three common ways to learn this:

  • A course or video series gives you ideas, and you test them alone.
  • A call with a coach reviews what happened after the fact, from your memory of it.
  • An immersion puts the coach next to you while it happens.

What a training day looks like

Every training day at a Cold Approach Bootcamp is two four-hour coaching blocks in the field. You are working in the places men actually meet women: streets and cafes by day, bars and lounges at night.

Daygame and night game are both part of the program, and the mix is arranged to suit the student. A man who feels at ease in a bar but locks up on a sidewalk gets weighted toward the sidewalk. The coach is next to you for every approach and talks you through what happened after every set.

What gets covered

Every day touches the same four parts, as they come up in the field.

  1. Approaching and conversation: getting past the hesitation before you walk over, the first thirty seconds, and keeping a conversation going without turning it into an interview.
  2. Attraction and delivery: genuine interest, flirting, and confident communication, including your voice, eye contact and posture.
  3. Numbers and dates: exchanging numbers or Instagram, texting toward a date, and recognizing when an immediate date makes sense.
  4. Rejection and follow-through: handling an interaction that does not go your way without letting it decide the rest of your night.

There is no Day 1 lecture, Day 2 lecture and Day 3 lecture. All of it comes up every day, and the coach picks what to work on from what you just did.

The two formats and the cities

The Bootcamp runs in two cities, Miami and New York.

  • Group is three consecutive days with three students to each coach.
  • Private is fully 1-on-1, for one, two or three days. Longer private programs are available and quoted on request.

What an immersion program is not

It is not a script. A coach who hands you lines to memorize has given you something that falls apart the first time a woman answers differently than expected. The work is learning to read the person in front of you and respond to her.

It is also not a promise about results. Nobody can tell you how a particular woman will react, and we do not try to. What a program can honestly do is give you a large number of real approaches with live correction, which is the thing that changes how a man behaves the next time he sees someone he wants to meet.

What you leave with

Every student leaves with a short written practice plan: what is working, what needs attention, and where to focus when you go out again on your own. You also keep access to the community Slack. A follow-up call is not part of the package.

Filming is a separate, optional add-on for men who want footage of their approaches. It is never part of the core price.

A man who wants a coach to keep reviewing his approaches after the days are over can look at the Mentorship, which many men add after a Bootcamp.

Who it suits

A man who has read plenty and still does not approach. A man who goes out, hesitates, and goes home. A man who approaches but does not know why it stops working at the conversation stage.

There is no skill floor. A total beginner is welcome in both formats, and approach anxiety is what we specialize in. If you are not sure you are ready, read Can a Total Beginner Do a Dating Bootcamp?.
