A weekend is enough to change how you approach women, and not enough to finish the job. Three days in the field gives you your first real repetitions, shows you your biggest habits and sends you home with a plan. What happens next depends on how much you practice. Some men book more days, and many just go out again within a week.

What to know first

  • A Group Bootcamp is three consecutive days, 24 hours in all. The published Miami weekends run Friday to Sunday.
  • Every training day is two four-hour coaching blocks in the field, with daygame and nightgame mixed to suit you.
  • Private is one, two or three days, with five-day and seven-day programs available on request.
  • You leave with a written practice plan and access to the community Slack. There is no follow-up call in the package.
  • More days help with repetition. They do not replace going out on your own.

What a weekend gives you

Twenty-four hours in the field is a lot more than most men get alone. Two blocks a day, three days in a row, means you approach, get corrected and approach again many times over a short stretch.

Here is what a man usually has by Sunday:

  • He has walked up to women again and again, so the first hello no longer feels like a leap.
  • He knows his sticking point. It might be the hesitation before he moves, the first thirty seconds, or the end of the talk where he never asks for a number.
  • He has seen coaching on other men's approaches, if he is in a Group.
  • He has a written plan telling him what is working, what needs attention and where to focus next.

That is a solid base. It is also the start of a skill, not the finish.

What a weekend cannot do

Three days cannot make a habit permanent. A habit needs repetition over weeks, and you will spend those weeks without a coach beside you. a dating coach says it directly: "Mastery isn't magic. It's reps, done with intention, and standards that grow with you."

A weekend also cannot test everything. Daytime and night are different, a quiet cafe and a loud bar are different, and a woman alone is different from one with friends. A first weekend covers a sample of these, and you build the rest by going out.

If you hope one weekend will fix everything, adjust that hope.

When more days make sense

More days are worth considering when:

  • Your hesitation is deep. If you have gone years without approaching, a longer block gives you extra repetitions before you head home.
  • You have several things to fix. Approaching, attraction and delivery, numbers and dates, and handling rejection all come up in every day. More days means more rounds of each.
  • You are traveling in. If getting there costs you a trip, longer is a better use of the trip.
  • You learn by repetition. Some men need to see a correction work three times before they trust it.

Private is the format with the most flexibility. You can book one, two or three days, and five-day and seven-day programs are available on request.

What to do after the weekend

Most of the extra "days" a man needs are not days with a coach. They are evenings at home that he spends going out. A plan like this works for most men:

  1. Go out within three or four days of the Bootcamp, while the feeling is fresh.
  2. Use a small, fixed target. a dating coach's version is "three approaches a day, every day," and any number you can reach on a tired night works.
  3. Pick one item from your written plan before each outing, and check afterward whether you did it.
  4. Use the community Slack to stay in touch with other students.

Many men do the Bootcamp first and continue online.

A simple way to decide

Ask yourself two questions.

Can I give three full days? If yes, a Group weekend is a strong start. It is the published length of the Group program, and it covers the four parts of the training in the field.

Do I want a coach to myself, for longer? If yes, look at Private, and decide how many days you can give. Group or Private lays out the difference.

If you cannot decide, start with the weekend. Most men find that the thing they needed was practice, and the first three days start it.

Questions men ask

Can I add days later?

Private is arranged after booking, and you can ask about longer programs on a call or by email. Ask rather than assume.

Is a weekend enough for a total beginner?

It is a good start. No skill floor exists, and beginners are welcome in Group and Private.

Do I need a second Bootcamp?

You may not need one. The better test is whether you are going out on your own. If you are, you are using the weekend.
