Open the Interested in Me tab. In the app it sits behind the heart icon at the bottom of the screen, and on the website it is in the menu along the top. Seeing everyone who likes you together in one view comes with POF Premium, and upgraded members also get a full list of when each woman looked at them.

Where the tab is and what it shows

Interested in Me is where POF collects two different kinds of attention. One is a like, where a woman saw you and wanted to talk. The other is a view, where she opened your page and looked.

Tap the heart at the bottom of the app to get there. On a computer, look along the top of the site instead. Either way you land in the same place, and it is worth checking once a day rather than waiting for a notification you might miss.

What changes when you pay for Premium

With POF Premium you see everyone who likes you at once, in one place, instead of finding them one at a time. Upgraded members can also see a complete list of when each person viewed them.

Whether that is worth paying for depends on one thing: how many likes you are already getting. Premium, like everything else you can pay for on the apps, multiplies what is already there. If a dozen women a week like you and you cannot see most of them, Premium puts those women in front of you, and some of them turn into dates. If almost nobody likes you, Premium shows you an almost empty list. Multiplying zero still gives you zero, so fix the reason the list is empty before you pay to look at it.

A like is an open door, so answer it

A woman who liked you has already done the hard part. She saw your photos, read what you wrote, and decided she wanted to hear from you. That makes her a far better use of your time than a stranger who has never noticed you.

So when you find a like from a woman you are interested in, like her back that same day. A like returned quickly lands while she still remembers why she liked you. A like returned a week later lands after she has been talking to other men.

Then write to her. Pick up one real detail from her page, say something about it, and end on a question she can answer in a line. She already said yes to hearing from you, so there is no need to impress her with a long message. Short and specific does the job.

If she goes quiet after you like her back, leave it for a few days. She may simply be busy, and a string of messages chasing one like turns an easy start into an awkward one.

What a view tells you, and what it does not

A view is weaker information than it looks. It means she opened your page. It does not mean she liked what she saw.

Plenty of men treat every view as interest and start writing to each woman who looked. That usually goes nowhere, because many of those women looked and passed. If she wanted to talk, she had a like button right there.

The views that are worth your attention are the ones from women who clearly fit what you want and whose pages give you something to say. Write to a few of those if you want to. Leave the rest alone.

Why the list is also a report card

Put your views next to your likes and you learn something about your photos and your writing.

Lots of views and very few likes means women are stopping to look and then deciding against you. Something on your page is losing them after the first glance. Women judge you by your weakest photo, so the usual cause is one picture that drags the rest down. It might be a blurry shot, a group photo where she cannot tell which one is you, or an old picture that no longer looks like you.

Few views and few likes is a different problem. It usually means your lead photo is not making women stop at all. Change that one photo and watch the next week.

Change one thing at a time. If you swap three photos and rewrite everything in one evening, you will never know which change did the work.

Do not let the tab run your day

Checking who viewed you can turn into a habit that eats an evening and gets you nothing. A view you cannot act on is just a number.

Check the tab once a day. Like back the women you want, write to the ones worth writing to, and then close the app. The results on the dating apps come from the conversations you start and carry through to a plan, not from how often you look at who noticed you.
