Viewed You is one of the tabs in the Interest area of OkCupid, and it lists members who have looked at your page. Seeing the list is part of the paid Interested in You feature, so a free account does not show it. A view means someone opened your page. It does not mean she Liked you, and it does not mean she turned you down.
Where the tab comes from
Interested in You is a premium feature that lets you look through the members who have sent you a Like or viewed your page. OkCupid Premium lists seeing that full list as one of its perks.
After you subscribe, refresh the page or close and reopen the app. Four tabs then appear: Interest, Intros, You Like, and Viewed You. The Viewed You tab is simply the viewers.
What a view actually tells you
Very little, and it is worth being honest about that. Someone opened your page. She might have come across you in Discover and been curious. She might have read two lines and left. She might have been about to Like you and got a phone call.
OkCupid's help pages do not explain exactly what counts as a view, so treat the list as a rough signal and not as a precise count of interest. The man who reads each name as a verdict, either "she is into me" or "she rejected me", is reading something the list does not say.
A view is not a Like
This matters because the Interest tab mixes both. A Like is a choice she made on purpose. A view is a look.
If you are going to decide who deserves your time first, put the women who Liked you above the women who only viewed you. A viewer is worth a proper look at her page, and sometimes worth a Like, but she has not told you anything yet.
How to treat the people on the list
You have one cheap move, and it is a Like. If you would be glad to meet her, Like her. If she had already Liked you, the interest becomes mutual and the conversation opens. If she had only viewed you, you have given her a reason to look again.
Then write something real. Pick one specific detail on her page and send a line or two she can answer in a sentence. a dating coach's aim is to reach her number in four to seven exchanges and to suggest a drink early, as a light idea and not a formal invitation.
Do not message a woman just because her name is on the viewer list. A message that opens with "I saw you looked at my page" tells her you are counting. It is a small sign of neediness, and she will notice it.
What a lot of views and no Likes means
This is the useful part. If many people are opening your page and few are Liking you, the views are telling you something about what they found when they got there.
A woman has already decided to look. What she sees next decides whether she Likes you. That means your lead picture and your first few written lines are doing the work. Is your face clear and recent? Is there one line that sounds like a real person and not like every other man's? My point about this is plain: a boring, average page gets the average result, which is no Likes.
Change one thing at a time, usually the lead picture first, and watch whether the ratio of views to Likes moves. That is a free test, and the Viewed You tab is exactly the data you need to run it.
What a few views means
A quiet tab on a page nobody has seen much is normal. Views come from being shown to people, and being shown depends on how often you are active and who your filters match. Spend a few days Liking women you would genuinely want to meet, and answer anyone who writes to you. Both put you in front of more people.
If you are thinking about buying Premium only for this tab, be careful. It shows you who looked, which is information, but it does not make anyone Like you. It is worth paying for when women are already reacting to you. It is a poor purchase when nothing is happening.
