You ask the store, not Feeld. Only the App Store or Google Play can issue a refund for a Feeld purchase, so you request it from whichever one billed you. Asking for a refund does not cancel a recurring Majestic subscription, so cancel that separately. Feeld's help center also lists cases where it says refunds cannot be offered. They are partially used, unused or accidental purchases, disliking the app, and time lost to a valid ban.

Ask the store that billed you

When you pay for Feeld on your phone, the money goes through Apple or Google. That is why Feeld cannot send it back, and why the request has to go to the store.

  • If you paid on an iPhone, request the refund through Apple, signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
  • If you paid on Android, request it through Google Play, signed in with the Google account that paid.

If you have more than one account, use the one that was charged. The purchase will not appear under the others.

Apple and Google each run their own refund process and make their own decision. Feeld cannot issue the refund itself, so asking Feeld support to push it through only costs you time.

Cancel as well

A refund and a cancellation do different jobs. A refund deals with a charge that has already gone through. A cancellation stops the charges still to come, and nothing else does.

So do both. Cancel Majestic in the store you bought it from, ideally at least 48 hours before the next payment, as Feeld suggests. Then send your refund request. Skip the cancellation and you could recover one payment only to be billed again at the next renewal.

What Feeld says it cannot refund

Feeld's help center lists the cases where it says refunds cannot be offered:

  • Purchases that are partially used.
  • Purchases that are unused.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Disliking the app.
  • Time lost to a valid ban.

The store makes its own decision on your request, but it helps to know where Feeld stands before you ask. If your reason is on that list, do not count on getting the money back. Put your effort into cancelling properly so it does not happen again.

Keep the request short and true

Whatever the reason, say it plainly. If a renewal went through that you meant to cancel, say exactly that, with the date. A short, honest explanation is easier for anyone to act on than a long complaint about the app.

Keep your receipt or order details to hand. A request that names the exact purchase is simpler to process than one that makes the store go looking for it.

Ask soon, too. A request made the day a renewal lands is easier to explain than one made weeks later, when the charge looks like something you were happy to pay.

Avoid the purchase you regret

The cheapest refund is the one you never have to ask for.

A charge you regret usually comes from paying without a plan. You buy Majestic on a slow evening, hoping it will change how the app feels, and forget about it until the renewal lands. Or you tap through a purchase screen while only half paying attention.

A plan takes a minute. Before you pay, decide how long the test will run, what you will count, and what result would make it worth keeping. Put the renewal date in your calendar with a reminder a few days ahead. If you only want a set trial, you can also cancel straight after subscribing and keep the membership until the billing cycle ends.

Test before you pay again

a dating coach has no problem with paying for dating features. His objection is to paying blindly. Try one thing, see what it does, and keep it only if it clearly earns its place.

That means measuring. Write down your connections, conversations and dates over a fortnight on the free membership, then do the same over a fortnight with Majestic. If the second list is clearly longer, the money is working. If the two look alike, stop paying, and the test has still told you something useful.

My other point is that nothing you buy on an app creates results from scratch. It scales up what your photos and your openers already earn. More reach helps only when women like what they see and enjoy talking to you. Get those right first, and anything you spend afterward has something to build on.
