Go to Settings, open My Account and delete your account there. Boo completes the full deletion after 30 days, and logging back in during those 30 days cancels it. If you want it gone immediately, start the deletion in the app and then email hello@boo.world with your Boo ID and email address.

The steps

Open Boo and go to Settings. Open My Account and choose to delete your account. That starts the process.

Nothing more is needed if you are happy to wait. The rest of this is about the wait, the faster route, and the few things worth doing before you tap.

The 30-day wait

Boo does not wipe everything the moment you tap delete. The full deletion happens after 30 days. If you log back in during that time, the deletion is cancelled and your account carries on as before.

That works as a safety net. If you deleted in a bad mood after a quiet week, opening the app again brings you back.

It also catches men out. A man who deletes Boo and then opens it "just to check one message" has undone his own decision without meaning to. If you want the account gone, stay logged out for the full 30 days.

Deleting it right away

If you do not want to wait, Boo offers a faster route. Start the deletion in the app first. Then email hello@boo.world with your Boo ID and the email address on the account, and ask for immediate deletion.

Send both details. They are how Boo knows which account you mean, and a request without them only slows things down.

Cancel Boo Infinity separately

If you pay for Boo Infinity through the App Store or Google Play, deal with that as well. Boo says it cannot cancel subscriptions bought in the app, so the place to stop one is your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancel it there, then check it shows as cancelled.

If you paid on Boo's website instead, say so in the same email as your deletion request.

Save the conversations that matter

Before you delete, open every chat that is still alive. Once the account is gone, Boo is no longer a way to reach those women, so anyone you would like to meet needs your number, or you need hers, before you tap.

Keep the line short and honest. "I'm clearing the apps off my phone this week. Before I do, can I grab your number? That drink still stands." If the two of you were getting along, she has no reason to say no.

Plans work the same way. A date you arranged on Boo should be confirmed by text, day and place both, while the chat still exists. Otherwise you risk sitting in one bar while she waits in another, with the only record of the plan wiped.

Starting over rarely helps

Some men delete Boo after a slow month, planning to make a fresh account and get a clean start. Think twice before you do. You can only reuse the same email for a new account once the old one is fully deleted, so a quick restart is not really quick. Nobody new finds you, but your account is still there when you want it. If you are not paying for Infinity, you can simply stop opening the app for a while, and your account and your conversations will be waiting when you come back.

Delete when you are sure you are done with Boo. Step back when you are only tired of it.

When you met someone on Boo

The best reason to delete is that the app worked. Here, the 30-day window is on your side.

One great first date is not a reason to wipe the account that same night. You are probably texting her directly already, so Boo is not holding anything you need. See her a few more times first. Once you have both said out loud that neither of you is seeing anyone else, that is the moment. Start the deletion, keep away from the app, and let the 30 days finish the job quietly. No speech is needed. If it comes up, tell her you took it off your phone.
