Three days covers the most ground, and a man who wants to test the format or has one specific problem can start with one or two. A Private Bootcamp is sold as one day (eight hours), two days (sixteen hours) or three days (twenty-four hours), and longer private programs are available on request. You do not need to reach a particular skill level to pick any of them. Pick based on how much time you can commit and how much in-person coaching you want.
What to know first
- 1 day: 8 hours, $1,750, about $219 an hour.
- 2 days: 16 hours, $3,000, about $188 an hour.
- 3 days: 24 hours, $4,000, about $167 an hour.
The rest of what to know:
- Every training day has two four-hour coaching blocks.
- Each added day costs less than the one before it. The second day adds $1,250 and the third adds $1,000.
- Daygame and nightgame are both part of every length, with the mix arranged to suit you.
- A Private Bootcamp is you and one coach, with dates arranged with you.
- Longer private programs are available. Ask about them on a call or by email.
What one day gives you
One day is eight hours of concentrated private coaching. You approach with a coach beside you, he watches each set, and you get feedback before you go again.
One day can be enough to show a man the biggest thing holding him back. Fixing it and then testing the fix across different situations takes longer, which is why a single day is best treated as a first look. It suits a man who wants to try the format before committing more, or who has a single area to work on.
What two days give you
Two days give you sixteen hours and a night in between. That matters. You can take what you learned on the first day, think about it, and walk back out the next day and try it again with your coach watching.
For a man who knows his main problem and wants time to build on the fix, two days is a natural middle length. Day two starts with what happened to the correction from day one, not from zero.
What three days give you
Three days is 24 hours, the same length as a Group Bootcamp. It gives you time to practice, get corrected, and work across different situations: daytime and night, quiet moments and busy ones.
Every training day touches all four parts as they come up: approaching and conversation, attraction and delivery, numbers and dates, and rejection and follow-through. With three days there is room to return to each of them. One of our students had spent three years going out on his own with little to show for it. Three days with a coach beside him showed him the single habit that was hurting every approach: he talked for about thirty seconds before he let her answer. That kind of habit shows up in the first hours. The days that follow are where you replace it.
If you are undecided, three days is the safest length to book, because it matches the published length of the Group Bootcamp and gives your coach room to follow more than one sticking point.
When to ask about a longer program
Private Bootcamp is also available for longer than three days. The page says that longer private programs are available, and you can ask on a call or by email. The price for those lengths is quoted when you ask, not listed.
A longer program makes sense for a man who:
- Is traveling in for the training and wants to use the trip well.
- Has several areas to work on, such as approaching, flirting and moving to a date, and wants the time to work through each.
- Learns by repetition and wants more days with a coach correcting every set.
How to decide
Ask yourself three questions.
How much time can I give? Plan for the full eight hours on every day you book. A day with a coach is not a day to squeeze between meetings.
What am I trying to fix? One clear problem can be a good fit for a shorter booking. Several problems, or a problem you cannot name, usually call for more days.
What will I do afterward? More days do not replace practice at home. a dating coach's reminder applies to any length: "Mastery isn't magic. It's reps, done with intention, and standards that grow with you." Whatever length you book, you leave with a written practice plan and access to the community Slack. The package includes no follow-up call.
Questions men ask
Is one day worth it?
It can be, if you go in with a specific question and want to see how the coaching works. If you are not sure what is holding you back, two or three days leave more room to find it and then work on it.
Does the price drop with more days?
The total goes up with each day, and the cost per hour goes down. Each added day adds less than the one before it.
Can I do two days now and add a day later?
Dates are arranged with your coach, so write to hello@coldapproach.io or ask on a call if you want to plan a sequence. Read the booking terms on the Bootcamp page before you purchase.
Is Group the better value than a three-day Private?
Group costs less because the coach's attention is shared across up to three students. Private is the choice for full attention. Group or Private Dating Bootcamp: Which Should You Book? goes through that decision.
Can a complete beginner do a multi-day Private?
Yes. No experience is required. See Can a Total Beginner Do a Dating Bootcamp?.
Where to go from here
The Bootcamp page lists each Private length with its price and a place to ask about longer programs. If you would rather start with an online conversation about your situation, a 1-on-1 Call is a lower-commitment way to talk to a coach first.
