You pay inside the Bumble app. Open the tab in the bottom-left corner, choose Premium, Premium+ or Boost, and pick a plan. Then pay with whatever the app offers. That is the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a card or PayPal account. The prices shown on that page are the real ones for your account.

Where the plans are

In the app, tap the tab at the bottom left, then choose to explore Premium, Premium+ or Boost. Bumble shows its plans on a Pay plan tab, and the price depends on the tier, the length of the plan and the size of the package. If you only want a single feature, such as a SuperSwipe or a Spotlight, those are sold on the same page.

Do not look for the price anywhere else. Bumble's help pages describe the plans without printing the amounts, and those amounts change from person to person and place to place.

Which payment methods work

Bumble's terms say in-app purchases can go through a third-party store such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. They can also go through a credit card, debit card or PayPal account that a payment company processes. Which of those you see depends on the phone you are using and where you live.

On an iPhone, the App Store charges you, so your payment method lives in Apple's settings. On Android, purchases go through Google Play, so you link your card or other method there first.

Setting the payment method on iPhone

Open the Settings app on the phone, tap your name at the top, then tap Payment & Shipping. Add or change your card there. The next time you buy in Bumble, the App Store uses it.

Setting the payment method on Android

Open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Payment methods. Add the card or other method you want. Back in Bumble, the purchase screen will use it.

If you cannot find any way to pay, the cause may not be your phone at all. Bumble says it cannot sell paid services in some locations because of local laws, so the paid options can be missing where you live.

If you paid and nothing changed

This happens, and Bumble has a straightforward answer. Check your purchase history in Google Play or the App Store to confirm the charge went through. If it did and the feature still does not show, contact Bumble Support with a screenshot of your purchase receipt.

Close the app fully and reopen it first, because a feature that has not appeared yet is often just a screen that has not refreshed. Do not buy a second time to fix it.

Decide before you pay

The payment screen is the easy part. The harder question is what the money is supposed to fix.

Premium does not make women like your photos. It does not write you a better first message, and it does not make a slow week fast. a dating coach's point about paid features on any app is that they multiply what you already have. A strong lead photo plus a few good prompts gets more out of Spotlight or a SuperSwipe than a weak set does.

So look at where things actually stall. If women who see you are not swiping right, fix your photos first. If you match and the chat goes nowhere, the first message is the problem, not the plan. If you simply run out of likes each day and have more good people to like, then paying has something real to do.

Keep the renewal in mind

Premium is a subscription. It renews on its own unless you cancel, so put the date on your calendar the day you buy and decide then whether you will keep it. Paying for one plan to see whether it helps is reasonable. Letting it run for months because you forgot is not.

If your results on Bumble are flat before and after paying, the plan was not the missing piece. A conversation with a coach who looks at your photos and your messages together will tell you what is.
