Only if you have Tinder Platinum. Tinder's FAQ says Platinum includes everything in Gold, plus three more things. One is the ability to message before matching. Another is Priority Likes. The third is visibility into the Likes you have sent. The FAQ does not describe a list of sent Likes for free, Plus or Gold accounts.
What each plan shows you
On a free account, Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold, Tinder's FAQ describes no list of the women you have Liked.
Tinder Platinum is where the FAQ lists visibility into your sent Likes, next to Priority Likes and messaging before matching. The FAQ does not go into more detail than that, so look at your own screen to see exactly what it shows you.
Why men want the list
Most men who look for this want one of two things. Some want to check whether a particular woman has seen their Like. Others want to find a woman again because they cannot remember her name or what she wrote.
The first wish is the one to drop. Nothing in Tinder's FAQ says the list tells you whether she has seen your Like. Even if you could see that, it would not tell you what she thought. Checking on women who have not answered is a way to spend an evening feeling worse without learning anything.
A Like is a small bet, and most small bets do not come back. That is normal on every dating app, for every man. The useful response is to place better bets, not to watch the ones you already placed.
Use it to check your own standard
The best use of a sent list is as a mirror. It shows you, in one place, the choices you have been making.
Scroll through it and ask a blunt question about each woman. Would I be genuinely glad if she Liked me back? If the answer is often no, you are Liking too many women you do not really want. The former Tinder programmer who answered questions from the a dating program community gave men the same advice more than once: be selective.
What it says about your matches
a dating coach's approach to online dating is to find the one number that is letting you down and work on that, rather than changing everything at once. A sent list helps you find it.
If the women on the list are realistic for you and you still get very few matches, the problem is not who you are choosing. It is what they see when your card comes up, so work on your photos and what you wrote. If the list is full of women you Liked on impulse, the problem is the choosing, and the fix is to slow down.
A short weekly review
If you do have the list, a few minutes once a week is enough. Checking it every evening only feeds the urge to watch for answers.
Pick one evening and scroll through the week's sent Likes. Put the women into two rough groups in your head: the ones who matched with you and the ones who did not. Then look for what the first group has in common. Maybe they are closer to your age, or they live nearer, or they wrote more on their page. Maybe they are simply the women you took longest to decide on.
Whatever you find, change one thing the following week and look again. That is My approach in miniature: test, adjust, and test again. Over a month or two, the list stops being a record of hopes and becomes a guide to where your Likes actually work.
If you do not have Platinum
You do not need the list to swipe well. A simple habit does most of the same job.
Before you swipe right, look at at least two of her photos and read what she wrote. If you cannot remember a woman you Liked an hour ago, you are going too fast. The man who could name most of the women he Liked this week tends to be the man whose Likes turn into good matches.
You can also keep score without a list. At the end of each week, count roughly how many women you Liked and how many matched with you. If you Liked a great many and matched with few, ask first whether you were really choosing, and then look at your photos. If you Liked a handful and matched with most of them, you may be choosing too cautiously.
Is it a reason to pay for Platinum
On its own, no. A list of sent Likes is useful, but it is a review tool. It does not get more women to Like you back.
If you are weighing Platinum, judge it on the features that change your results, such as Priority Likes and messaging before matching. My advice for any paid feature is to try it, measure what changes, and drop it if nothing does. Apply the same test here, and treat the sent list as a bonus rather than the reason.
