Most Feeld problems come from one of five causes: an old phone or app version, a VPN, a login method you did not set up, a missing permission, or the wrong location setting. Work through them in that order, because the first two are the quickest to rule out. If none of them is the cause, the account itself may have been banned, which is a separate issue with its own route.
Check your phone and the app version
Feeld officially supports only recent versions of iOS and Android. An old phone or an old operating system may load the app badly or not at all, and support may not be able to help there.
Update the operating system if your phone allows it. Then update the app itself. Feeld recommends the newest app version and says to update before reporting a bug. Very old app versions lose features and are eventually blocked, so a version you left alone for a year can simply stop working.
Turn off your VPN
Feeld's help center says VPNs can cause stability and login problems, and it recommends turning the VPN off if you cannot log in or use the app.
Many men leave a VPN running without thinking about it. If Feeld will not load or keeps failing at login, switch it off, close the app fully, and try again on your normal connection. If that fixes it, you have your answer.
Use the login method you actually set up
Feeld offers five login methods: email, Apple, Facebook, SMS and Google. If you try one you never set up, or use the wrong email or the wrong Facebook account, Feeld will not recognise you, and it can look as though your account has vanished.
Think about how you first signed up. Try the other methods one at a time, and double-check which email address you used. An older second email is an easy one to forget.
Email login links need the right phone
If you log in with email, Feeld sends a link, and the link must be opened on the phone that has the app installed. Open it on a laptop and the login will not finish.
A VPN, a spam folder or a full inbox can also stop the email arriving or the login finishing. Check spam, clear space if your inbox is full, and turn the VPN off before you ask for another link.
Fix a wrong location
If Feeld shows you the wrong place, check the basics in order. Make sure the location filter is set to your current location. Allow location permission for the app in your phone settings. Force close the app, then log out and back in. If it is still wrong, reinstall the app.
Reinstalling does not delete your profile, so it is safe to try. Your account is stored with Feeld, not on your phone.
Photos that will not upload
When photos will not upload, the cause is usually a photo-permission problem. Open your phone settings, find Feeld and allow access to your photos. Then try again.
There is a second reason. Photos Feeld flags as inappropriate content are blurred until you delete them. If a photo looks blurred, that is the cause, and the fix is to remove it and add a clear one.
This matters for how you present yourself too. A clear, well-lit photo of your face does more for you on Feeld than any workaround, and it is the first thing a member sees in Discover.
When it is the account, not the app
A banned account is a separate issue. Feeld bans accounts that are repeatedly reported, and the account owner can appeal through Support.
If you suspect a ban, do not keep trying to log in over and over. Contact Support, say plainly what you see, and ask. Then look honestly at how you have been writing to women. a dating coach warns against blunt, sexual openers on any app, and that is the kind of message that gets a man reported.
What to tell support
If you have worked through the list and nothing helped, contact Feeld Support. Give them your phone model, your operating system version, your app version and what you see on the screen. List what you have tried.
That saves a round of replies telling you to do things you already did. "It will not log in" is hard to act on. "Email login link arrives, opens the app, and returns me to the login screen on an up-to-date phone with the VPN off" is something they can work with.
Keep your plans off one app
An app that will not load can cost you a connection at the worst moment. If the only way to reach someone is Feeld, any outage cuts you off.
Once a conversation has some real back and forth, suggest a plan and ask whether she would rather continue by text. coach moves a woman from an app to her number in a handful of messages, each one nudging toward a plan. After that, a login failure is an annoyance and your plans are safe in your phone.
