What Feeld Majestic Membership Includes

Majestic is Feeld's only paid membership. It adds unlimited likes and lets you see who liked you. It also brings incognito, Last Seen, a week of like History, private photos and one free Ping per day. On top of that you get extra Discover filters, including one for people online recently, and you can undo a dislike. You sign up inside Feeld by going to Settings and tapping Upgrade to Majestic.

To buy it, open Settings and tap Upgrade to Majestic. There is only one paid membership, so there is no tier to choose between.

For most men this is the feature that earns the money. Instead of liking people and hoping, you can look at the women who have already liked you and decide. Every one you like back becomes a connection straight away.

That saves time, and it changes who you spend it on. a dating coach's view is that paying for more control over who you talk to, instead of waiting for an app to choose for you, is one of the better ways to spend money on any app.

It also tells you something about your own photos. If the women liking you are not the kind you were hoping for, that is a clue about what your page is saying. My view is that every photo and every line you put up draws a particular kind of woman, so change what you show until it draws the kind you want.

Unlimited likes are only useful if you stay choosy. coach warns that an app probably treats a man who likes almost everyone as less attractive, and shows him to fewer of the people he wants.

So treat unlimited as room, not as an instruction. You no longer have to ration your likes, but that is no reason to tap the heart on everyone.

Majestic includes one Ping a day. A Ping tells someone straight away that you are very interested, and it can carry a short note.

My view of features like this is mixed. They can put you in front of a woman who might otherwise never notice you. They also hand her a little power, because you have singled her out before she has said a word, so the rest of your conversation has to be good. Use your daily Ping on the one person you would most like to hear from, and keep the note light.

The extra Discover filters let you narrow who you see, and one of them shows people who were online recently.

That one is more useful than it sounds. Liking someone who is actually around means she is more likely to see you while she still has time to talk. A connection with someone who has not opened the app in weeks is a connection in name only.

These are the privacy side of Majestic. Before you rely on any of them, open the setting in the app and check exactly what it does and who it affects.

Private photos need one extra thought. If you ever cancel, your private photos become visible to all members once the membership ends. So only put something in private photos if you would be comfortable with it becoming public later, or remember to remove it before you cancel.

Undoing a dislike is the small one on the list. It is a safety net for the tap you did not mean.

coach is in favor of paying for features that work, and he points out that apps are businesses that have every reason to look after the members who pay them. He is just as firm that you should test each paid feature and drop it if it does not make a real difference.

He also calls them multipliers. They multiply the results you already get, and if you are getting nothing, they multiply nothing.

So test it properly. Spend two weeks on the free membership and count your connections, your conversations and your dates. Then spend two weeks on Majestic and count the same things. If the numbers move, keep it. If they do not, the membership was never the problem. Your photos and your openers are, and those are the things to fix first.
