On an iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then tap Lox Club and cancel. On Android, open Google Play and cancel under Payment & subscriptions. Lox Club's terms also give an in-app route, Me > Preferences > Manage Membership, and an email option, hey@loxclubapp.com. You stay on your current subscription until it expires. There is no pause option, so cancelling is the only way to stop the next charge.

Cancel on an iPhone

Lox Club's help center gives the path.

Open Settings. Tap your name at the top. Tap Subscriptions. Find Lox Club in the list, tap it, and cancel.

When you are done, open the Lox Club entry again and confirm the cancellation actually went through. A tap that did not register is an expensive thing to discover at renewal.

Cancel on Android

On Android, the subscription lives in Google Play.

Open Google Play and go to Payment & subscriptions. Find Lox Club among your subscriptions and cancel it there. As on iPhone, go back afterward and confirm the cancellation stuck.

The other two routes

Lox Club's terms add two more ways.

Inside the app, go to Me, then Preferences, then Manage Membership. It keeps the whole task inside Lox Club if you would rather not dig through your phone's settings.

You can also email hey@loxclubapp.com. That is the route to take if something about your account or billing is unclear, or if the other paths are not working for you.

One caution. Do not assume that deleting the app from your phone cancels anything. Use one of the routes above, and confirm the result.

You keep access until it ends

Cancelling does not cut you off that day. You stay on your current subscription until it expires.

That changes when you should cancel. There is no reason to wait for the last morning before renewal and risk forgetting. If you know you are done, cancel now and keep using the time you already paid for.

It also means the remaining weeks are still yours. If you have a conversation going or an event you applied for, you have time to see it through.

There is no pause button

Lox Club's help center says it cannot pause a subscription.

That matters if you are stepping away for a while rather than leaving for good. A long trip, a demanding stretch at work or a new relationship you want to give a fair chance are all reasons men look for a pause. Since there is none, the choice is simple. Either keep paying through the gap, or cancel and come back later if you want to.

If you have just started seeing someone you met on the app, cancelling is not a verdict on anything. It is simply not paying for a service you have stopped using.

Before you cancel, check the matches and messages

Some men cancel for good reasons. Others cancel after a slow few weeks, when the real issue was something they could have fixed.

If you get likes and conversations but no dates, the app is doing its part and the gap is in how you move from chat to a plan. A quick self-check helps. Is your first photo a recent, clear shot of your face? Does what you wrote give a woman something specific to reply to? When a conversation goes well, do you suggest a place and an evening, or do you keep chatting until it fades?

If you can honestly answer yes, yes and yes, and it still is not producing dates, cancel without guilt. Your money and your evenings are better spent somewhere that works for you.
