How Do You Unmatch Someone on Hinge?

Open your conversation with her, tap the three dots in the top right, select a reason for unmatching and tap Unmatch to confirm. If all you want is a tidier chat list, Hinge has a gentler option. Hide takes a conversation out of view but keeps the connection. Use Hide for chats you are unsure about. Use Unmatch only for chats you are sure are over.

Some chats should end right away, with no reply and no explanation.

She is rude to you, or turns nasty when you ask her out. The account keeps pushing you to another website, or asks for money in any form. The chat makes you uneasy in a way you cannot quite name. In any of those, unmatch and move on. An explanation only invites an argument.
