You are ready if you want to meet women in person, you can give the full days, and you are willing to be corrected. That is the whole list. You do not need to feel confident, you do not need experience, and you do not need to stop being nervous. Cold Approach has no skill floor, and the men who lock up are the ones the program is built around.

What to know first

  • There is no skill test and no experience requirement.
  • Feeling ready is not the standard, since the feeling mostly comes from doing the thing.
  • Every training day is eight hours: two four-hour blocks in the field.
  • Both Group and Private welcome beginners, and a beginner is never sent to online coaching first.
  • The Bootcamp runs in Miami and New York.

The real signs you are ready

You want to approach women in person. The Bootcamp trains one thing: walking up to women in streets, cafes and bars and holding a conversation. If that is what you want, you fit. If your goal is something else, such as texting, apps or a relationship, a different program may suit you better.

You can give the days. A training day is eight hours of walking, talking and being coached. If you can clear the days, you are ready on the calendar.

You can take correction. The coach will tell you what you did wrong right after a set. A man who bristles at that loses most of the value. A man who treats each correction as free information gets the most out of it.

You have tried alone and it stalled. Maybe you read the books, watched the videos or went out a few times. If you are still stuck in the same place, a coach is the next step. A man who has gone out by himself for years with little to show for it is often missing one habit he cannot see, and a coach beside him can spot it and fix it.

You are tired of waiting. If you have said "I'll do it when I'm ready" for months, you are probably past ready.

The false signs that make men wait

"I need more confidence first." Confidence around women comes mostly from approaching women. Waiting for it is waiting for something that arrives only after you start. a dating coach says: "You don't win by being perfect. You win by deciding. Committing. Putting yourself in awkward situations and figuring it out."

"I get too nervous." Nerves are the reason for coaching, not a reason to skip it. Cold Approach specializes in approach anxiety, the moment a man locks up when he sees someone he wants to talk to.

"I need to know what to say." You do not need lines. The coach works on what you actually say, and the first goal is small. a dating coach's standard for a man with approach anxiety: "If you've got approach anxiety, your standard should be dirt simple: say 'Hey.'"

"I need to look better first." Looks matter less than most men fear. Fix the basics of how you present yourself if you want, but do not use it as a reason to postpone.

"I should do more reading." Reading is not practice. A man who has read a lot and approached little has the problem a Bootcamp addresses.

When you may not be ready

A few situations do call for waiting or for a different program:

  • You cannot give the full days right now because of work, family or health.
  • You expect a promise of dates. Results depend on how much you practice.
  • You do not want to talk to women in person. A Bootcamp is the wrong tool if so.
  • You are in a crisis that needs help beyond dating coaching.

None of these is a moral failing. They are reasons to choose a different moment.

A quick self-check

Answer yes or no:

  1. Do I want to start conversations with women I do not know?
  2. Can I give the full days, with nothing else scheduled?
  3. Will I listen to a coach tell me what I did wrong?
  4. Have I been stuck for a while despite trying on my own?

Three or four yeses means you are ready. Two or fewer means you should think about what is missing.

Group or Private

Both welcome men at any level. Group has no more than three students per coach. Private is fully one-on-one for one, two or three days, with longer programs available on request. If being watched by other men worries you, choose Private. Group or Private compares them.

Questions men ask

What if I am not sure I will like it?

Many men feel that way before they start.

Do I need dating experience?

No.

What happens after?

You go home with a written practice plan and community Slack access. The package has no follow-up call.
