Only the last one, and only with Rewind. Tinder says Rewind lets you take back your last Like or Nope, and that it is for subscribers. The help center describes no way to take back a Like you sent earlier, so an older one stays where it is.

How Rewind works

Tap the yellow arrow icon on the main screen. The woman you just passed on comes back, and you can swipe again.

Rewind covers a Like, a Nope and a Super Like. Tinder notes that a Super Like taken back with Rewind may leave the person who was notified unable to find it in her stack.

It takes back one swipe. Once you move on to another card, the one you regret is no longer the last, and the arrow cannot reach it.

Who gets Rewind

Only Tinder subscribers can take back their last swipe. Unlimited Rewinds are listed as a Tinder Plus feature, and Gold and Platinum include all Plus features.

A free account has no way to undo even the last Like. So the habit that saves you is not buying the feature. It is deciding before you swipe.

A Like from days ago

If you sent a Like that you now regret and it is no longer your last swipe, there is nothing in the help center to take it back. What happens next depends on her.

If she never Likes you back, there is no match, and the Like does nothing further. If she does, you match. At that point you are free to leave the match alone, or, if you really do not want it, to unmatch.

One more thing to know is that Tinder Gold shows a subscriber who has Liked her. So a woman with Gold can see a Like from you. It is a small matter, and it is no reason to panic. A woman who sees a Like and finds you decent will match, and one who does not will pass.

What a regretted Like usually means

Most men who ask this sent a Like by accident while scrolling, or sent one in a hurry and then looked again. A few liked someone and then thought better of it.

In the first two cases, the problem is speed. In the third, it is a standard you did not apply at the time. Both are fixed before the swipe.

How to stop sending Likes you regret

Slow down on each card. A man who looks for two seconds rather than half a second sends fewer accidental Likes and gets fewer matches he does not want.

Decide what you are looking for before you open the app. If you cannot say, you will like whatever appears. Pick two things you actually care about in a woman's page and swipe on those.

a dating coach treats online dating as a chain of ratios: matches for your time, the right matches among them, replies, numbers and dates. A stray Like only damages the second one, so one slip is cheap. A habit of liking everyone damages it badly, and Rewind will not mend that.

Hold your thumb still for a moment after each card. It sounds trivial, and it is the cheapest fix there is, because the Likes you regret are nearly always the ones you sent in under a second.

Sit down to swipe for ten or fifteen minutes in a chair, not on a train with one hand. A short, focused session gives you no reason to tap through on autopilot, and the women you match with are more likely to be ones you wanted.

Is Rewind worth paying for

If your only reason is to undo accidents, no. You can avoid the mistake for free by swiping with a standard.

It earns its place for a man who tends to pass on women he meant to like, since it also reverses a Nope. Even then, test it for a single month and count whether your matches changed.

The short answer

You can unsend your last swipe with Rewind if you are a subscriber, and nothing Tinder describes takes back an older Like. Slow down on each card, and if a Like you do not want turns into a match, you are free to unmatch.
