Yes. Raya's terms say it periodically reviews its community and can suspend or terminate accounts. The grounds it names include lack of use, periodic membership reviews and changes to how many members it keeps. Acceptance gets you in. It does not promise you stay in, and the two things that keep you there are using the app and treating the women on it well.
