What Is See Compatible People Sooner on HingeX?

See Compatible People Sooner is a HingeX feature that changes the order of your Discover feed. It looks at common preferences and your recent activity, including who you have recently liked or skipped. Then it brings the people you are likely to be more interested in to the top. Unlike Standouts, you do not need to send a Rose to reach them. An ordinary like does the job.

The feature works from two kinds of information.

The first is common preferences, the tastes Hinge can see behind the choices daters make. The second is your own recent activity, meaning what you have actually done in the app lately. Hinge names the part of that activity it looks at: who you have recently liked and who you have recently skipped.

Put those together and the feature reorders your feed. The women it expects you to be more drawn to move up. The rest are still there, just further down.

That second input is the part most men ignore, and it is the part you control.

Every like tells the feature what you want more of. Every skip tells it what you want less of. So the feed it builds for you is only as good as the signals you send it.

Two habits wreck those signals. The first is liking almost everyone. If you like a dozen women who have nothing in common, the only lesson available is that you will take anybody. Then the top of your feed fills up with women you do not particularly want. The second is skipping on reflex. Spend your best effort at the top of the feed, where the feature puts the women it rates as your strongest fits. Read each page fully. Write a comment on every like about one specific thing she said or showed, in a sentence or two. A comment gives her something to answer. A bare like asks her to start the conversation from nothing.

When she likes you back, answer quickly and properly. a dating coach's approach to messaging is simple. Be fun, share a little about your own life so she feels she knows you, and hint early that you would like to take her out.
