The M means the member has a Majestic subscription. Feeld's FAQ says so directly, and describes it as a red M that simply marks a paying member. Majestic is Feeld's one and only paid membership, and the app is completely free to download and use without it.
What Majestic includes
A member with the M has the paid extras:
- Unlimited likes.
- Who Likes You.
- Incognito.
- Last Seen.
- History of the likes she sent.
- Private photos.
- One included Ping per day.
- Filters by desires and by members who were recently online.
- The ability to undo a dislike.
Free members get the core of the app. They can browse, connect and chat. Majestic is a layer of convenience on top.
What the M tells you about her
Very little, and it is worth being honest about how little. It says she pays. It does not say she is more serious, more active, more attractive or more available than a woman without one.
Some of the extras do change how she uses the app. She can see everyone who has liked her, and she can see when members were last online. That means when you like a woman with the M, she may spot it in her list of likes and decide from there.
It also means she has more control over who she sees. A woman who filters by desires has already narrowed her feed to the people she thinks she wants. If your page lists the desires she is filtering for, you are more likely to appear.
What the M does not change about how you message her
The mistake men make is to treat the M as a signal to try harder, or as a reason to stop. Both are wrong.
A woman with the M goes through the same steps as every other woman. She looks at your first photo, she reads what you wrote, and she decides whether she wants to talk. Her payment status does not change what makes you attractive.
a dating coach's framework for getting a woman to meet you has three parts: attraction, comfort, and the sense that plans are already on the table. None of them depends on whether she subscribes.
Do you need the M yourself
No. Feeld says the app is free, and the free membership covers browsing, connecting and chatting. If you only want to know whether to pay, the useful question is what you would do with the extras.
The two that most men value are seeing who liked you and the daily Ping. A Ping lets you tell one woman you are especially keen, and attach a short note. Use it on the woman you most want to hear from.
My rule for paid features on any dating app is that they multiply what is already there. If your page earns likes without help, paying to show it to more women makes sense. If it does not, a badge will not fix that.
Do not judge by it
Some men read a missing M as a sign that a woman is not serious, and some read it as a sign she is. It is neither. A woman may not pay because she does not need to, because she is new to the app, or because she does not care for the extras.
Judge her by what is on her page and how she writes to you. A woman who answers with thought and suggests meeting is a better prospect than one who has a red M and writes one word at a time.
The simple rule
When you see the M, read it as one fact: she pays for the app. Then go back to the things that decide whether she and you end up on a date. Is her page honest? Does she write back? Would you actually want to meet her? Those matter far more than a letter next to her name.
