It looks like approaching women in person with a coach standing next to you. Each training day of a ColdApproach.io Bootcamp is spent out in the field. By day that means cafes and streets. At night it means bars and lounges. You start real conversations with women while your coach watches and tells you what to change.
Men who search for a social skills coach, a social skills bootcamp or a confidence coach for men often mean one thing: they want to talk to women and cannot make themselves do it. This program is built around exactly that.
What a training day holds
Every training day is two coaching blocks of four hours each, so eight hours in total. You go out, you approach, and your coach is close enough to hear how it goes.
Daygame and night game are both part of it, in whatever mix suits your group, or you alone in Private.
Group runs three consecutive days, with three students for every coach. Private is one, two or three days, fully 1-on-1. Longer private programs can be arranged on request.
The four things you work on
The days are not a Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 curriculum. Every day covers all four parts as they come up in the field.
Approaching and conversation. Getting through the hesitation before you walk over. The first thirty seconds. Keeping a conversation going so that it does not turn into an interview. Approaching a woman on her own and approaching one with friends around her.
Attraction and delivery. Showing real interest, flirting, and speaking with confidence. That covers your voice, your eye contact, how you stand and where you position yourself. You also learn to notice when she is interested and comfortable, and when she is not.
Numbers and dates. Trading numbers or Instagram, texting toward a date, and spotting the moments when an immediate date makes sense.
Rejection and follow-through. An interaction will sometimes go nowhere. You learn to take that without letting it decide the rest of your day, and you leave with a written practice plan.
Social skills coach or dating coach: which this is
A social skills coach can mean help with friendships, job interviews or shyness in general. This program is narrower. It is about meeting and attracting women in person. Most men who search for a social skills coach with that goal have already read the advice. They know to smile, ask questions and listen. What they lack is a person who watches them do it and says, "You looked at the floor for the first ten seconds, and your voice dropped at the end."
Your coach is there for every approach and gives feedback after every set. You do an approach, step aside, hear what worked and what did not, and go again. That loop, repeated across eight hours, is the whole method.
a dating coach's view is that the skill comes from reps. In his words, "You don't win by being perfect. You win by deciding. Committing. Putting yourself in awkward situations and figuring it out." A Bootcamp is a place where you do that with someone beside you.
What it does for a man who locks up
A confidence coach for men can mean many things. Here it means something specific. Confidence in front of women comes from walking up and saying something. Then you see that you are fine afterward. You repeat that, again and again.
Approach anxiety and inner-game training is part of the program. It is aimed at the moment your brain goes blank, when you see a woman you want to meet and nothing comes out. Your coach is beside you for that moment and coaches the next approach as it happens.
Who it fits
There is no skill floor. Every level is welcome, and a total beginner is never sent to 1-on-1 coaching first. The men who lock up are the ones the training is built around.
It fits a man who wants to talk to women in person and has not been able to make himself do it. It also fits a man who approaches but gets stuck on what to say after hello.
It does not fit a man who wants therapy. A Bootcamp is a coached, in-person program, and it does not treat clinical social anxiety. If your anxiety is severe or reaches into most of your life, start with a doctor or therapist. Coaching can then sit beside that work.
What you leave with
Every student leaves with a short written practice plan: what is working, what needs attention, and where to focus the next time you go out. You also keep access to the community Slack.
