Pick two or three good areas near where you live, go back to them on a regular schedule, and start short conversations with women you find attractive. Do that for the first few weeks, and add one or two group activities so you meet people through friends too. A new city feels empty because you have no routine yet. Offline, a routine is what creates meetings.
If you searched "how to meet women offline" or "best places to meet women offline," this is the working plan. It also answers the Reddit complaint that it is impossible to meet women offline. It is hard when you have no habit of talking to strangers. It gets much easier once you do.
Start with where you live
a dating coach points out that the closer you are to home, the better your odds. If an interaction goes well, she may come back to your place. If you get a number, the closer she lives to you, the easier it is to follow up and set a date.
So choose your base near your apartment. Walk the neighborhoods within a short ride and find the ones with open streets, cafes, parks and shops. Within a few days you will see which ones have women who are out and relaxed.
Find your daytime spots
a dating coach's favorite daygame places are parks, outdoor malls and the beach, because women there have time, are in a good mood and are not in business mode. In a new city, look for the same things:
- Parks and waterfronts with people lounging.
- Open-air shopping streets, especially higher-end ones.
- Cafes and bookstores where people linger.
- Squares with restaurants around them.
Find them on a map first, then walk them. Very quickly, you will see which ones are full of people you would like to meet.
Go on a schedule
One trip is not a plan. Choose specific times, say a weekend afternoon and a weekday evening, and go every week. Staying power matters more than intensity.
A schedule also solves the fear of "the right moment." You stop asking whether today is a good day to talk to someone, because it is simply your day to go out. Over a few weeks, the places stop being strange. You know the layout, the flow of people and where it is easy to stop and talk.
Say hello every time
When you see a woman you would like to meet, and she is relaxed and free, walk over and say hello. Keep it short and normal. Ask a plain question, say why you stopped her and listen to the answer. If it is going well, ask for her Instagram or number before one of you has to leave.
You do not need to be perfect. You need to do it enough times that it stops being a big event. A new city is an advantage, since nobody there knows you, and a clumsy first try costs nothing.
Add a second source
Cold approach is one source. A second one keeps you from putting all your hope on a single type of meeting. Join one or two things that repeat weekly, such as a class, a sports group or a club. Friends you make there introduce you to others, and familiar faces are easier to talk to.
Treat these as a way to build a social life, not as a hunting ground. Men who come across as hunting get avoided. Men who are simply part of the group become known.
Use the apps if you like, but do not rely on them
Apps can fill the gaps while you build a routine. They are a poor replacement for being comfortable talking to women in person. The skill that gets you a date from a stranger on the street also helps with every message and first meeting from an app.
What a coach adds
In a new city you also have the problem of not knowing where to go and not having anyone to tell you if you are doing it right. At a Cold Approach Bootcamp, held in Miami and New York, your coach takes you into the field. Each training day is two four-hour blocks, with live coaching on every approach and feedback after each set.
You leave with a written practice plan covering what is working, what needs attention and where to focus when you go out again, plus continued access to the community Slack. Men who want ongoing review after that can look at the online Mentorship.
