How to Hide or Change Your Instagram on Lox Club

To hide your Instagram, start in the Me tab, open the editing screen, find the Instagram section and uncheck the visibility box. To change it, tap "here" in that same Instagram section to text Lox Club your new handle. Then send a DM to @loxclub from the new account, so Lox Club can verify that it belongs to you. Hiding takes a few seconds. Changing it takes one extra step, and the step is there for a reason.

Lox Club's help center gives the exact path.

Go to the Me tab. Tap view profile, then edit profile. Open the Instagram section. Uncheck the box labeled "visible on profile."

With the box unchecked, members no longer see your handle. If you want it back on show later, the same box is where you go.

Changing the handle happens in the same place.

In the Instagram section, tap "here." That lets you text Lox Club your new handle. Then open Instagram, log into the new account, and send a DM to @loxclub. The DM is how Lox Club confirms the account is really yours.

Do both steps. Texting the handle without sending the DM leaves the verification unfinished.

Anyone could type any handle into a box. The DM from the account itself is proof that you control it.

That protects you as much as anyone. A member who sees an Instagram on your Lox Club page can trust that it is really you, and on a members-only app built on trust, that matters.

There is no single right answer. It depends entirely on what your Instagram looks like.

Showing it can help. A woman gets to see more of your life than a handful of dating photos can show: your friends, your trips, the things you actually do on a Saturday.
