Couples on Feeld link their accounts with up to 5 partners in a Constellation, so other members can see the relationship and tap through to each partner. Each partner keeps their own photos and words. For a man writing to a couple on a dating app, the key mechanic is that a group chat is how the second person joins the conversation.
What a couple looks like on the app
When partners link, each profile shows the other. People can see existing relationships and tap through to the partners' profiles.
Each partner chooses their own descriptor for the other, so the two do not have to use matching words. Feeld's FAQ says Feeld is for couples exploring together as much as for single people, and it lists paired profiles for couples as a feature.
How you find couples
Linked couples are found by people searching for couples. The Discover genders filter includes couple combinations such as Man + Man couple.
If you want to meet couples, include them in your filter. If you do not, leave them out. Do not browse a list you have no interest in and then send a vague line to whoever is on it.
How your messages start
Connections and chat histories are not shared between linked partners. When you connect with one person, you are chatting with that person.
To chat with a connection's partner, the connection makes a group chat of the three of you. After that, you can connect with the partner by sharing direct profile links.
This is the step most men get wrong. They write to the partner they like and ignore the other, or they ask for a group chat before anyone has said anything friendly. Let the first conversation be normal, and let the couple decide when to bring the second person in.
Partner hidden
Incognito is shared between linked partners, so enabling it for one covers the other. Linked partners show as Partner hidden to people who have not yet been liked, Pinged or connected.
If you see that label, you are looking at a couple who is being careful. Do not try to find out who the partner is or work around it. You will see more once there is a connection.
How to write to a couple
A couple is two people, and each has their own taste.
Read both profiles before you write. Mention something specific from the one you are writing to, in a line or two. If a group chat opens, greet both by name and address both people.
Be clear about what you want, and keep it simple. A man who says what he is looking for and respects a no is easy to reply to. A man who flatters one half and ignores the other tends to lose both.
a dating coach keeps early texts short and aims for a handful of messages before moving on, because each should have a job. That fits here: a short, warm opening, one easy question, and room for them to answer.
What not to do
Do not treat a couple as a shortcut to one person. People can feel it, and it is rude to both.
Do not push a group chat, a meeting or a photo on a pace they have not agreed to. If they are slow to answer, give them time, and if they say no, say thanks and move on.
Do not assume the arrangement. Couples on Feeld want different things, and the only way to know is to read what they wrote and ask.
If you are a single man there
Feeld works for you too. Your profile still needs a clear lead photo, a few honest ones that show your life, and a bio that says what you are open to. A couple has two sets of eyes on it, and a thin page gets passed over quickly.
The short version
Couples link in a Constellation of up to 5 partners, each with their own profile. They are found through the couple options in the Discover genders filter. Chats are not shared, so a connection starts a group chat to bring in the partner. Incognito is shared, and hidden partners show as Partner hidden until a like, Ping or connection.
