No. Once someone deletes a Tinder, Bumble or Hinge account, the profile is gone from everyone else's view, and there is no search that brings it back. The only person who can revive an account is the person who deleted it, and only for a limited time. If you lost a woman this way, the useful question is what you do next.
What Tinder says
Tinder says that when an account is deleted, the profile is no longer visible to other users. If the woman on the other end was one of your conversations, she simply drops out of your list.
Tinder adds one detail that surprises men. If a person you were paired with deletes the account and later returns to Tinder, you may see her reappear in Discovery. That is a coincidence of the app showing people, not a way for you to look her up.
What Bumble says
Bumble says that when someone deletes their account, their profile and chat history are removed from your list of people. Bumble also says a deleted account is not viewable in the app.
For up to 28 days, the account holder can ask Support to restore it. After 28 days, the profile is no longer recoverable. That window belongs to the person who deleted. You have no way to ask Bumble to bring back someone else's profile.
What Hinge says
Hinge is the most final of the three. It says that as soon as an account is deleted, all of the person's personal data, including conversations, is permanently removed. A match who deleted their profile is no longer in your list.
Hinge also says that if you or the other person deleted a Hinge profile, the chat is no longer available, even through a data request. So there is no route to recover the conversation, whether you ask nicely or formally.
If you deleted your own
This is the case where something can be recovered, and the rules are different on each app.
On Tinder, if you sign up again with the same login credentials within 90 days of deleting, Tinder says it may restore some information, such as your name, age and gender. It will not restore your messages, your matches, your photos or the verification badge.
On Bumble, ask Support within 28 days.
On Hinge, the data is removed as soon as you delete.
Across all three, the basics might come back. Conversations do not. If you deleted in a bad mood, that is worth knowing before you press the button.
If she deleted hers
When a woman you were talking to vanishes, the apps give you nothing to work with. You cannot see whether she deleted her account, unmatched you, or blocked you, and none of that is information you were meant to have.
Do not spend time trying to find her somewhere else. If you never got her number or her name, there is nothing to find her with, and a man tracking down a woman who left a conversation is the kind of behavior that earns a block. Let it go. The effort you would spend searching is better spent on the next conversation.
How to avoid losing the next one
This is the part you control. A deleted account takes the whole conversation with it, so a conversation that lives only inside an app is a conversation you can lose overnight.
My method for the apps is to move a woman off the app quickly. He keeps the exchange to a handful of short, purposeful texts and aims to swap numbers early, once a plan is on the table. That is not only about speed. It also means a deleted account, a ban or a bad connection cannot end the conversation, because it is already somewhere else.
So when a conversation is going well, do not let it sit in the app for days. Make a plan, trade numbers, and move it to text.
One caution before you go looking
If you are searching for a deleted profile because you are curious about an ex, stop and ask what you expect to find. A deleted profile tells you nothing except that she is not using that app. It does not mean she met someone, and it does not mean she is open to hearing from you.
Put the time into your own set of photos and your own opening lines instead. That is the only part of this you can improve.
