Yes. Never having had a girlfriend means you have fewer repetitions than other men, not that something is wrong with you. A coach helps by giving you real repetitions at approaching women, in the field, with feedback, starting at your level. A Cold Approach Bootcamp has no skill floor, and a man with no relationship history is welcome in both Group and Private.

What it actually means

Most men who ask this carry a quiet fear that they missed a window, or that the absence says something about them. It does not. It says you have not yet done the things that lead to a relationship: meeting women, talking, asking for a number and going on dates.

Those are skills, and skills are learned. If you are older, Never Had a Girlfriend at 60 answers that version.

You would not be the only one

a dating coach has said that his bootcamps now include a higher share of virgins than before, and also a higher share of men who have slept with fifty or more women, and that the two groups sit side by side in the same weekend. The point he makes is that men start from very different places and that the work is the same: go out and do it.

So you will not be the odd one out in a way that matters. Every student is coached from his own starting point.

What a coach works on first

With a man who has no relationship history, the early work is small and concrete.

Walking over. Many men in this position have not approached a woman in years, or ever. The first goal is simply to say hello to a stranger and ask one plain question. coach says a good approach can be defined as walking up and uttering a sound, which anyone can do. The coach raises the bar only after you clear it.

Staying in the conversation. Once you are talking, the next skill is listening and keeping it going without turning it into an interview.

Showing interest. Genuine interest, flirting and confident delivery, including voice, eye contact and posture. A coach beside you notices when you are leaning away or looking down.

Numbers and dates. Exchanging contact details, texting toward a date and knowing when an immediate date makes sense.

Handling rejection. Most men with no history fear this part most. The coach shows you how to take a no without letting it decide your day.

Every training day touches all four, and a beginner usually spends the most time on the first.

What a coach cannot do

A coach cannot make a woman like you, and he does not promise a girlfriend by a given date. What he can do is shorten the time it takes you to learn what other men learned slowly by trial and error.

A coach is also not a therapist. If your situation is tied to deeper anxiety or loss, our article on dating coach or therapist helps you tell which you need. Cold Approach specializes in approach anxiety, and many men find that this is the real blocker.

Why in person helps most

Most men in this position have done a lot of thinking and watching and very little doing. More information will not close that gap. In-person coaching does, because someone is beside you while you try.

That matters more for a man with no history than for anyone else. You have no earlier good experiences to draw confidence from, so the first ones need to happen with someone who can help you read them correctly. A woman who smiles and says her name is a win, even if it does not become a number.

Group or private

Group runs three consecutive days with no more than three students per coach. Private is fully one-on-one for one, two or three days. If being watched by other men is what holds you back, choose Private. If you would like to share the experience, choose Group. Both welcome beginners, and Group or Private compares them.

Each training day is two four-hour blocks in the field, in Miami or New York, with daygame and nightgame mixed to suit you. You leave with a written practice plan and access to the community Slack.
