Dating coaching works for a man who has never had a girlfriend, and a Cold Approach Bootcamp is built for exactly that starting point. It has no skill floor, it runs in person in Miami and New York, and it begins with the first step you have never taken: walking up to a woman and talking to her. You are not behind a test you failed. You have simply not had the practice yet.

Nothing in a Bootcamp assumes you have dated before. The coach assumes you have not, and teaches accordingly.

What "never had a girlfriend" usually means

It rarely means something is wrong with the man. More often it is a chain of small avoidances that built on each other:

  • You did not approach in school or college, so the habit never formed.
  • You waited for a woman to show interest first, and few did.
  • You spent years working, studying or caring for family.
  • Each missed chance made the next one feel bigger.

None of that is a fixed fact about you. It is a gap in practice, and gaps in practice close with practice.

a dating coach, who has coached men for twenty years, puts it this way about his own students: some of them are in their forties or older and have the same hang-ups a younger man has, and he has watched them succeed. What he has never watched is a man succeed while staying home.

Why reading and videos stop helping

You can learn a lot by reading. You cannot learn the first thirty seconds of a conversation without having it. The skill is half technique and half nerve, and the nerve part only changes when you do the thing and survive it.

That is why in-person coaching exists. A coach beside you can see what you cannot: your voice dropping, your eyes going to the floor, the pause that lasts too long. He fixes it in the moment, while the woman is still in front of you, which is something no video can do.

What the first day looks like

A beginner's first approaches are small on purpose. The aim is to walk up, smile, say hello and ask a plain question. coach describes the same standard for men with approach anxiety: the goal is to physically walk up and say something, because anyone can do that. The bar rises only after you clear the one you have.

You do not need lines. You do not need to know how to flirt. Your coach raises the difficulty as you are ready, so you are never asked to do something you have not been prepared for.

What gets taught

Every training day is two four-hour coaching blocks in the field, with live coaching on each approach and feedback after every set. Daygame (streets and cafes by day) and night game (bars and lounges) are mixed to suit you. Each day covers four parts as they come up:

  1. Approaching and conversation: getting through the hesitation, the first thirty seconds, and keeping a conversation going without it becoming an interview.
  2. Attraction and delivery: real interest, flirting, voice, eye contact and posture.
  3. Numbers and dates: exchanging contact details, texting toward a date, and knowing when an immediate date makes sense.
  4. Rejection and follow-through: handling a no without letting it decide your day. You leave with a written practice plan.

For a man who has never dated, the third part is new ground as much as the first. Asking for a number and planning a first date are skills too, and you practice them with a coach rather than guessing.

Group or Private

Group runs three consecutive days at no more than three students per coach. You see other men start from nothing and get coached on their approaches, which helps many beginners feel less alone.

Private is one, two or three days, fully one on one, with longer programs quoted on request. If the idea of other men watching your first attempts is what stops you, choose Private. Group or Private compares them.

What happens next

You leave with a written practice plan and continued access to the community Slack. A follow-up call is not part of the package, and men who want ongoing review look at the Mentorship.
