Section 01

High frequency means real contact

High frequency is not a deep voice, a slow walk, or a photo where you hold a drink and look away from the camera.

It means women are part of your real life. You talk to them at bars, coffee shops, stores, gyms, parties, and work events. You ask women out. You go on dates. You learn what works because you keep getting chances to practice.

A man who talks to one woman every few months will treat each woman like a rare prize. He may spend three days writing one text. He may read her message five times. He may wait for the perfect line because he thinks one mistake will end everything.

A man who talks to women often acts with less pressure. He knows one woman can say no, and he can still meet someone else. That belief comes from real experience. You cannot copy it with a pose.

You can wear better clothes. You can stand straighter. You can speak more slowly. Those changes help. They won't replace real conversations.

Section 02

Women can see when you're acting

A man may try to look relaxed while his hands stay tight around his glass. He may grin too hard, nod after every sentence, and agree with everything she says. He may ask question after question because he has no idea how to add his own thoughts.

Women notice those details.

She might say she likes live music. He says, “That’s cool. What kind?”

She names a band. He asks, “Where did you see them?”

She answers. He asks another safe question.

The talk feels like a job interview because he is trying to avoid saying anything wrong. He wants her approval before he shows her who he is.

Try this instead:

“I saw a band at a small bar once. The singer was good, but the drummer played so loud that my ears rang for hours.”

Now she has something to respond to. She can ask about the band, laugh at the story, or tell you about a bad show. You gave her a real piece of your life.

You don't need to act like the most confident man in the room. You need to stop hiding behind questions.

Section 03

Build the life that gives you real confidence

If your week has work, your apartment, a screen, and no time around new people, your dating results will stay thin. You can't talk yourself into feeling experienced when your schedule gives you no experience.

Put yourself in places where conversations can happen.

Take a class where people speak to each other. Go to a busy cafe and sit near the main room instead of hiding in a corner. Visit a bar with a friend, then speak to women without waiting for the perfect opening. Go to parties even when you only know the person who invited you.

The point is not to collect phone numbers like trophies. The point is to get used to starting conversations.

You might say:

“Your dog looks like he runs the whole block.”

Or:

“That book has been on my list. Is it worth reading?”

Or:

“You look like you know what to order here. What should I get?”

These lines work because they fit the place. Then you listen to her answer and add something of your own.

If she smiles and keeps talking, stay with the conversation. If she gives short answers and turns away, leave with your pride intact. You just learned that her interest was low. That is useful information.

Section 04

Stop using texts to hide

Men who have little real contact with women often put too much weight on texting. They use texts to create a version of themselves that feels safe.

They write a message, delete it, write it again, and send it hours later. Then they check their phone every few minutes. If she takes time to answer, they change their whole view of her.

Texting should move a good conversation toward a real meeting. It should not become the place where you build a fake personality.

If you met her at a bar and laughed about bad tattoos, you can send:

“Your story about the dolphin tattoo still makes me laugh. Get a drink with me this week.”

That is clear. It gives her a chance to say yes or no. It does not ask her to spend a week proving that she likes you through messages.

If she says yes, set a place and time. If she keeps dodging the plan, stop sending more clever lines. Her lack of effort tells you enough.

Section 05

Use each interaction to get better

High frequency does not mean every woman likes you. It means you keep showing up, you speak plainly, and you learn from what happens.

After a conversation, ask yourself three simple questions.

Did I speak to her soon after I noticed her?

Did I share my own thoughts, or did I only ask questions?

Did I ask her out when the talk felt good?

A guy I coached once spent a full hour at a bar trying to look busy with his phone. He told himself he was waiting for the right moment. The right moment never came. He left with no new contact and the same fear.

He changed one thing. He started talking to women within a few minutes of arriving. Some talks lasted thirty seconds. Others lasted twenty minutes. He got turned down. He also got phone numbers and went on dates.

His voice did not become magical. His face did not change. He simply stopped treating each woman like his last chance.

You can't fake a full dating life. You can build one by speaking to women, asking them out, and letting real results replace the act.
