Not with one button. What Feeld's help center describes is three things: edit your profile, pause your account, or delete it. Editing changes what other members see and keeps your account. Pausing takes you out of Discover and can be reversed. Deleting is permanent. For most men who want a fresh start, editing is the right answer.
What you can edit
Under Settings, then Edit profile, you can change your photos, your Feeld name, your gender, your sexuality, your About section, your hidden bio, your desires, your interests, and your privacy settings.
That covers nearly everything a woman sees. If your profile has not been getting the response you want, you can rebuild every part of it without touching the account.
There is one exception. Your date of birth can only be edited during the first seven days after you create the account. After that, it is fixed.
Photos are the fastest reset
A profile can have between one and six photos, and you can add or delete them under Edit profile, then Edit photos.
If you want a real fresh start, this is where to spend it. Remove every photo that is dark, blurry, taken from far away, or that does not show your face. Replace them with clear, daylight photos where you look relaxed. Put the strongest face photo first.
Most of the difference a man feels between an old profile and a new one comes from his photos, not from his words.
Rewrite what she reads
After the photos, go through your About section. Cut anything generic, such as "love to laugh" or "looking for something real." Replace it with specifics: what you do, what you enjoy, what you want, and what kind of person you hope to meet.
Say it in plain words. Honest and specific beats clever and vague. A woman who reads your page should be able to picture an evening with you.
The same goes for your desires and interests. Choose the ones that are true, and do not add things to look more interesting. Women on Feeld tend to value people who are direct about what they want.
Pausing your account
Pausing removes you from Discover. It is not a deletion, and you can reverse it within twelve months by logging back in. Your profile, account details and connections are still there when you return.
While you are paused, connections can no longer view your profile or message you. So pausing is a good tool for a real break: a busy month, a trip, or a stretch where you want to rework your page without being seen mid-edit.
There is a limit. A paused account that is not reactivated within twelve months is permanently deleted, so do not pause and forget.
Deleting the account
Deleting is permanent. You do it under Settings, then App Settings, then Delete account.
Treat this as the real reset, and the last resort. It removes the account for good, with no way to restore what was on it. If you want to start from nothing, you would make a new account afterward, which also means any connections you had are gone.
Before you delete, ask whether you actually need a clean slate or just a better page. In most cases, a better page is the answer.
A sensible way to start fresh
Here is a plan that works for most men.
First, pause your account if you want to rework things in private. You will not appear in Discover while you do.
Second, replace your photos, keeping only ones that show you clearly. Third, rewrite your About section with specific, true detail. Fourth, check your privacy settings so you know who can see what.
Then come back, reactivate, and watch what happens for a couple of weeks. Change one thing at a time from here, so you can tell what is working.
Why men want to reset
Most men who ask this have had a quiet stretch. Few likes, no replies, and a feeling that the account is stuck. They hope a reset will bring a fresh start.
A reset only helps if what you put back is better than what you took out. The same photos and the same words give the same results. So the useful question is not how to reset. It is what a woman reads when she opens your page, and what in it gives her a reason to like you.
When someone else can help
If you are not sure what is wrong, ask a friend who is honest with you to look at your photos and your About section cold. Ask what they think you do and what you are like. If their answer is not what you would say about yourself, you have found what to change.
The short version
Feeld has no single reset button. You can edit almost everything in Settings, Edit profile, apart from your date of birth after the first seven days. You can pause the account and come back within twelve months, or delete it permanently from App Settings. For a fresh start, swap your photos, rewrite your About section, and pause while you work if you want privacy. Delete only when you truly mean to leave.
