Section 01

Get your body working before you meet women

If you spend an hour sitting at home, staring at your phone, your body gets used to staying still. Then you walk into a bar and expect yourself to be warm, social, and relaxed.

That switch is hard.

Before you go out, take a brisk walk. Do a few push-ups. Stretch your back and shoulders. Put on music while you get dressed. Keep moving for ten minutes.

You are not trying to wear yourself out. You are raising your body temperature and getting your voice out of your chest.

Stand tall when you enter the room. Keep both feet under you. Let your arms hang by your sides instead of holding your phone in front of your stomach. Look around the room at a normal pace.

Then speak to the first woman who catches your eye.

Do not spend twenty minutes studying her from across the room. You will build a story in your head. She will seem harder to approach with each passing minute.

Walk over while your body still wants to move.

You can say:

“Hey, you look like you’re having a good night. I’m Mark.”

Or:

“Hi. I saw you from over there and wanted to say hello.”

Say it with a calm voice. Smile once. Then wait.

Section 02

Use simple physical actions during the date

Physical activity helps when your mind starts running too fast. You do not need to act wild or force touch. You need to keep doing normal things with your body.

If you meet at a bar, offer to get the next drink. Walk with her to the counter. If you sit outside, suggest a short walk after you finish your drink.

You can say:

“Let’s walk for a bit. I want to check out the place next door.”

This gives you both a change of setting. You are no longer sitting across from each other under the pressure of constant eye contact. You can talk while walking. Your steps give the conversation a steady pace.

Use touch only when it fits the moment and she seems comfortable. A brief touch on her arm can fit when you both laugh. A hand at her upper back can guide her through a crowded doorway. Keep it light and short.

Then watch her response.

If she leans closer, touches you back, or keeps her body near yours, she may be comfortable with more closeness. If she pulls away, turns her body aside, or stops responding, give her space.

Do not treat touch like a trick. It is a way to share warmth when both people want it.

Section 03

Stop trying to sound perfect

Many men stall because they search for the best line. They want a sentence that proves they are funny, smart, and different.

She does not need a speech. She needs to see what you are like in front of her.

Talk about what is in the room. Ask about the drink in her hand. Point out the song playing. Tell her why you came over.

For example:

“You ordered the drink I almost got. Is it good?”

Or:

“I came in with two friends, but they disappeared near the pool table.”

These lines give her something easy to answer. You can build from what she says.

If she says she likes the drink, ask what else she drinks. If she says her friends left her, ask where they went. If she gives short answers and keeps looking away, end the talk.

You can say:

“Nice meeting you. Enjoy your night.”

Then walk away.

That is better than standing there and trying to pull words from her. You want women who take part in the talk.

Section 04

Build closeness in small steps

Getting laid is easier when you stop treating sex like a finish line you must reach before the night ends. Your job is to create a good time, show interest, and see if she wants more closeness.

Start with a good conversation. Move to a walk or a new place. Sit close if she chooses to sit close. Kiss her when the moment feels clear.

You can ask:

“Can I kiss you?”

A direct question can be attractive because it shows that you know what you want and care about her answer.

If she says yes, kiss her slowly at first. Keep your hands where she can feel safe. Give her room to come closer. If she says no, or seems unsure, accept it without an argument.

Say:

“No problem.”

Then change the subject or give her more space.

If she wants to go home with you, talk about it plainly. Do not pretend you are only looking for your keys or a late snack. You can say:

“I’d like to keep spending time with you at my place. Do you want to come over?”

She may say yes or no. Either answer is useful. You know what she wants, and she knows what you want.

Section 05

Train this before the pressure gets high

Physical confidence grows from repeated action. Start with small tasks.

Walk into a coffee shop and greet the person at the counter. Ask a woman for her opinion on two drinks. At a party, introduce yourself within five minutes of arriving. Keep your phone in your pocket while you speak.

These tasks teach your body that speaking first is safe.

A guy I coached used to sit in his car for half an hour before entering a bar. His hands stayed on the wheel, and he kept checking his hair in the mirror. We changed one rule. He had to walk in, order water, and greet one woman before he could leave.

He stopped waiting for a perfect feeling. He entered, moved, and spoke.

Your body does not need to feel ready before you act. It learns from what you make it do.
