The nearest in-person training from Cold Approach is in Miami, about 30 miles south of Fort Lauderdale. Cold Approach's Bootcamp runs in two cities only, Miami and New York, so a Fort Lauderdale man travels to Miami for it. It is live coaching in the field, with a coach next to you while you approach real women, not a classroom lecture.
If you want a coach who works with you in person, that is the route. Here is how it works.
What a Bootcamp is
A Bootcamp is in person and in the field. You spend your days in the places where women are, approaching in daytime and at night, and a coach watches and corrects what you do. After each approach you get feedback, and the next one is better.
It is the opposite of reading about dating. The thing you are paying for is the corrections made at the moment they matter, by someone who sees what you actually do.
Group or Private
There are two formats.
Group is three consecutive days at a 3:1 student to coach ratio. You share the coach with two other students and learn from the coaching they get too.
Private is one, two or three days fully one on one, with nobody else in the group. Longer programs are available and quoted on request.
Both formats give the same training. The choice is about whether you prefer the energy of a group or all of the coach's attention.
What a day looks like
Each training day is two four-hour coaching blocks in the field, with daygame and night game mixed to suit you. The days are not a fixed schedule, with one topic on day one and another on day two. Every day covers the same four parts as they come up:
- Approaching and conversation: getting past the hesitation, the first thirty seconds and keeping the conversation going.
- Attraction and delivery: genuine interest, flirting, and talking with confidence.
- Numbers and dates: exchanging contact details and texting toward a date.
- Rejection and follow-through: handling an interaction that does not go well, and leaving with a written practice plan.
Do you need experience
No. There is no skill floor, and a total beginner is welcome. Cold Approach specializes in approach anxiety, so a man who locks up or goes blank is exactly who the training is built for. You do not need to fix your nerves before you arrive, and you will not be told to do something else first.
Who it suits
A Bootcamp suits a man who knows what to do in theory and does not do it. It also suits one who is tired of reading advice and wants real practice. Men who lock up when they see a woman they like often make the fastest progress, since a coach is right there while it happens.
It is a fit for men at any level. A man who has already done many approaches can use the coach to fix what he repeats without noticing. A beginner can use the coach to take his first steps with someone beside him.
What if you cannot travel
Many men in your position cannot get to Miami easily or do not want to. You have other options. Daygame and nightgame can be practiced at home, in Fort Lauderdale's cafes, beachfront and bars. An in-person coach shortens the learning curve, but the skill is built through repetition either way.
Start with simple goals. Walk up to one woman a day and say hello. Keep the first line short. The point is to get used to the walk, not to be smooth.
How to decide
Ask yourself what has stopped you so far. If it is not knowing where to go, a city guide will help. If it is the walk over, the hesitation or the feeling that you do not know what to say, a coach standing next to you is the quickest way to change that.
A man who has been stuck for a year often changes within a few days of live coaching, because he finally sees what he is doing and does something different.
