What GuysChase.com is about
GuysChase.com is about helping men get better at meeting women and building real dates from those meetings.
That starts with a problem many men know well. You see a woman at a coffee shop, a bar, or the gym. You think she looks good. You wait for the right moment. Ten minutes later, she leaves, and you still have not said a word.
The issue is not always a lack of confidence. Often, you have no clear plan for what to do with your hands, where to stand, or what to say first.
A simple plan helps.
You walk over from the side, smile, and say, “Hey, I saw you and wanted to come say hi. What’s your name?”
Then you stop talking.
She may smile and tell you her name. She may ask what you do. She may give short answers. Your job is to listen, ask one clear question, and see if she wants to keep talking.
That is the kind of skill this site focuses on. You learn how to meet women, talk with them, ask for a number, send better texts, and set up dates without acting fake.
Talking to women in real places
Many men spend hours looking at dating apps while avoiding the women they see in daily life.
You do not need to turn every errand into a hunt for dates. You do need to notice when a woman is open to a short talk.
A woman standing alone at a bookstore is easier to talk to than a woman wearing headphones and rushing toward a train. A woman looking around at a bar may be open to meeting someone. A woman with her face buried in her phone may want to be left alone.
Start with what you can see.
At a food market, you might say, “I’ve never tried that place before. Is the food good?”
At a bar, you might say, “You seem to know what you’re ordering. What should I get?”
These lines work because they fit the place. You are not pretending to be a poet. You are starting a normal talk.
Keep the first exchange short. If she gives full answers, asks you questions, and keeps her body turned toward you, stay for a few minutes. If she gives one-word answers and looks away, say, “Nice meeting you,” and leave.
You do not need every woman to like you. You need to get used to speaking when you want to speak.
What to do when you go blank
You may still go blank after learning a few openers. Your mind may race. Your palms may sweat. You may stand near her for five minutes while you argue with yourself.
Do not wait until you feel calm. Walk over before you build a long story in your head.
Use one sentence. Then ask a question.
“Hey, I wanted to meet you. How’s your night going?”
That is enough to begin.
If the talk starts well, ask about something in front of you. If she is holding a camera, ask if she takes photos for work or fun. If she orders a drink you have never tried, ask what it tastes like. If she mentions a concert, ask what kind of music she likes.
Avoid a list of interview questions. Do not ask where she lives, where she works, what she studied, and what she does for fun in a row. Share small facts about yourself too.
She says she likes live music. You can say, “I go to small shows when I can. I like places where the singer is close enough to talk to people after.”
Now she has something real to respond to.
The goal is not to perform. The goal is to give her a chance to see what you are like.
Turning a good talk into a date
A good conversation does not help much if you never ask to see her again.
When you have talked for several minutes and she seems engaged, ask for her number in a calm way.
“I like talking with you. Put your number in my phone, and we’ll get a drink this week.”
Do not give a long speech about how much you like her. Do not ask her to decide whether you are a perfect match. You have shared a short talk. You are asking for another short meeting.
After she gives you her number, send one text that reminds her who you are.
“Hey, it’s Mark from the bookstore. I’m still thinking about that food you told me to try.”
Then suggest a clear plan.
“Are you free Thursday evening for a drink?”
A clear plan is easier to answer than, “We should hang out sometime.” Give her a place and a time. Keep the first date simple. A coffee shop, a bar, or a short walk gives both of you room to talk and leave without spending the whole night together.
If she cannot make your first time, see if she offers another time. If she does, keep the plan. If she gives no other time and stops replying, leave it alone.
The work that changes your dating life
You get better by looking at what happened after each talk.
Write down three facts after you meet a woman:
- Where you met her
- What you said first
- What happened after the talk
You may notice that you speak too softly in loud bars. You may notice that you wait too long to ask for her number. You may notice that your texts contain questions but no plans.
Fix one problem at a time.
One of our students used to talk with women for half an hour and never ask for a date. He started asking after ten minutes when the talk felt good. Some women said no. Others gave him their numbers. More important, he stopped walking away from good conversations with nothing to show for them.
That is what GuysChase.com is built around: clear words, real practice, and honest review of what happened.
You do not need to become a different man. You need to speak when you want to speak, listen to her answer, and ask for the date when the talk is good.
