Start with the habits that affect your hormones
Your body responds to how you live each day. Poor sleep, little exercise, heavy drinking, and extra body fat can hurt your energy and sex drive. Fix those before you look for pills or injections.
Start with sleep. Keep your room dark and cool. Put your phone across the room. Aim for a steady sleep time and enough hours to wake up without dragging yourself out of bed.
Then lift weights. You don’t need to train like a bodybuilder. Use basic lifts such as squats, presses, rows, and deadlifts. Train a few times each week. Add a short walk on days when you don’t lift.
Food matters too. Eat meat, fish, eggs, beans, fruit, vegetables, and rice or potatoes. Get enough protein. Cut back on meals that leave you stuffed and tired. You don’t need a strange diet. You need food you can eat for months.
A guy I coached used to sleep five hours, skip breakfast, and drink most nights. He also spent his first hour awake scrolling in bed. He changed one habit at a time. He slept longer, lifted three times each week, and cut his drinking. Within a few months, he had more energy when he met women. He also stopped using tiredness as a reason to stay home.
Build a body that changes how you act
A stronger body can change your posture, voice, and daily choices. You stand taller. You walk with a steady pace. You wear clothes that fit your shoulders and waist. Women can see those changes before you say a word.
Don’t treat the gym as a place to hide. Some men train hard but still avoid eye contact, small talk, and social plans. A strong chest won’t solve that problem.
Use your training to support your social life. Lift, then shower and put on clean clothes that fit. Go to a coffee shop, store, or busy street. Look at people as you pass. Say hello to the cashier. Ask a simple question when you have a reason to speak.
For example, if a woman is looking at the menu beside you, say, “Have you tried the chicken sandwich?” If she answers with a smile and asks what you like, keep talking for a minute. If she gives a short answer and turns away, say, “Good to know,” and order your food.
The goal is not to force a number or collect a phone number. The goal is to make speaking to women part of your normal life.
Don’t confuse low energy with low testosterone
Feeling tired does not prove you have low testosterone. Poor sleep can make you tired. Stress can make you tired. Too much alcohol can make you tired. So can eating very little and training too hard.
Low sex drive can also have many causes. You may dislike your dating life. You may spend hours on porn. You may take medicine that affects sex drive. You may have anxiety when you try to have sex.
If you have low sex drive, trouble with erections, loss of strength, or deep fatigue that lasts, speak with a licensed doctor. Ask for a proper check instead of buying a product from a stranger online. One test may not explain the whole problem. A doctor can review your symptoms, sleep, medicine, and health history.
Do not use testosterone medicine because a man at your gym says it changed his life. Extra testosterone can affect fertility, acne, hair loss, blood levels, and other parts of your health. It needs medical care.
Your dating habits also need a check. If you spend three hours each night watching videos and swiping, you may have less drive when you meet a real woman. Put the phone down. Make plans in places where people talk.
Use your energy during real conversations
Higher energy helps only when you use it well. Don’t turn a better body into loud behavior, fast speech, or a need to prove yourself.
When you approach a woman, stand a few feet away. Smile. Speak at a normal volume. Say something tied to the place.
At a bookstore, you might say, “I’m looking for a good book for a long flight. Have you read anything worth buying?”
At a bar, you might say, “You look like you know what’s good here. What should I order?”
Then listen. If she gives a full answer, ask one more question. If she asks about you, answer in a few lines. Don’t turn the exchange into an interview. Tell her one small thing about yourself too.
For example:
“I usually order the same drink, so I’m trying to stop doing that.”
That gives her something to respond to. You don’t need a perfect line. You need a calm voice and enough interest to stay present.
If she looks away, gives one-word answers, or turns back to her friends, end the talk. Say, “Enjoy your night,” and leave. Good hormone levels won’t make every woman interested. Your job is to notice her response and act with self-respect.
Keep your standards higher than your lab number
Testosterone can support your health, but it cannot choose your clothes, plan your week, or make you speak to women. Those are actions.
Sleep enough. Lift weights. Eat solid food. Drink less. Get medical help when symptoms last. Then practice talking to women in simple places, with a steady voice and no need to win every exchange.
The man you become in those rooms matters more than the number on a lab report.
