Section 01

Pick a goal you can see

“Get better with women” is too vague. You can’t tell if you did it.

Pick a goal that shows up in your day. For example:

  • Start one talk with a woman you find attractive.
  • Ask one woman for her number each week.
  • Go on one date each week.
  • Send a clear invite instead of texting for days.

These goals give you a clear win. You either walked up and spoke, or you didn’t. You either asked her out, or you stayed quiet.

A guy I coached wanted to meet more women, but he spent most of his free time at home. He watched videos about dating and changed his profile photos twice. His goal sounded good, but his schedule gave him no chance to meet anyone.

We changed the goal to three nights out each week. He went to a coffee shop, a bar, and a social event. He did not need a perfect line. He needed to stand in places where talks could happen.

That is the first rule. Make the goal easy to count.

Section 02

Build the habit before you chase the result

You can’t control whether a woman gives you her number. You can control whether you speak to her.

This matters because many men set goals based on results. They write, “Get a girlfriend,” or “Go on ten dates.” Those goals depend on women you have not met yet. If the result does not come fast, you may quit.

Use two goals instead:

  1. A goal for what you do.
  2. A goal for what you want to get.

Your action goal could be five conversations each week. Your result goal could be one date each week.

The action goal keeps you moving when one woman says no. The result goal shows whether your approach works. You need both.

Picture yourself at a busy café. A woman sits near the window with a book. You want to say something, but you keep checking your phone. Ten minutes pass. Then she closes the book and leaves.

Your action goal was to start one conversation. You missed the goal before you knew if she liked you.

The fix is simple. Count the approach, not just the number you get. Walk over within a minute. Say, “You look focused. What are you reading?”

You may get a warm reply. You may get a short one. Either way, you trained the skill that leads to dates.

Section 03

Stop making plans that leave no room for women

Many resolutions fail because they live on paper, not in your schedule.

If you work, go home, eat, watch shows, and sleep, you have built a life with no room for new people. A better profile won’t fix that by itself.

Choose places where talking makes sense. Try a café with shared tables, a small music show, a class, or a bar where people stand and move around. Pick places that fit your real life. If you hate loud clubs, do not make clubs your whole plan.

Set a simple rule for each outing. Stay for one hour. Speak to two new people. Ask one woman a question if the talk feels good.

You also need time for dates. Keep one evening open. If every night is filled with work, sports, or time with friends, you will turn down good chances without meaning to.

A man may say he wants a relationship, then tell a woman he is busy for the next three weeks. She hears that he has no space for her. His goal and his schedule tell two different stories.

Your calendar should make room for the life you say you want.

Section 04

Make your resolution harder to avoid

Most men rely on willpower. They wait until they feel brave, then act. That gives fear control over the plan.

Use a rule that removes the debate.

You might say, “When I see a woman I want to meet, I will walk over before I check my phone.” Or, “When a woman gives me her number, I will send a short text that evening and suggest a date.”

Keep the first line plain:

“Hey, I saw you walk in and wanted to meet you. I’m Mark.”

Then ask something tied to the place:

“Have you been here before?”

You do not need to perform. You need to make your interest clear and give her a chance to respond.

For texting, avoid long talks with no plan. Send:

“Good talking with you. Let’s get coffee this week. Are you free Thursday evening?”

If she says yes, set the place and time. If she gives a vague reply, do not send five more messages to pull an answer from her. Move on and keep meeting women.

Write the rule on your phone. Tell a friend what you plan to do. Put the outing on your calendar. Small barriers make it easier to skip. Remove them before you need courage.

Section 05

Review what happened without attacking yourself

At the end of each week, write down three facts:

  • How many women you spoke to.
  • How many numbers you asked for.
  • How many dates you set.

Then write one sentence about what went wrong.

Maybe you waited too long before speaking. Maybe you asked for her number while the talk was dull. Maybe you sent a vague text instead of an invite.

Pick one thing to change. Do not rebuild your whole life after one bad night.

A guy I coached used to talk to women for twenty minutes, then leave without asking them out. His new rule was to make a clear invite when the talk felt good. He still heard no sometimes. He also started getting dates because women could tell what he wanted.

A useful resolution gives you a task you can do when your hands sweat and your mind goes blank. Then you do that task again until it feels normal.
