Section 01

Go Where Conversation Happens

Meet women in places where people can talk. A loud club can work, but you may only get a few seconds to speak. A bar with open seats, a small concert, a class, or a friend’s dinner gives you more room.

Walk up from the front. Keep your hands where she can see them. Stand far enough away that she has room to leave.

Say something tied to the place.

“Hey, I saw you looking at the menu. Have you tried the spicy noodles?”

Or:

“Hi, I’m Alex. You seem fun, so I wanted to meet you.”

Then stop talking. Let her answer.

You don't need a speech. You need a clear start and space for her to choose. If she smiles, faces you, and asks you a question, keep talking. If she gives one-word answers, keeps looking away, or turns back to her friends, say, “Have a good night,” and leave.

That small choice matters. Consent starts before the date.

Section 02

Say What You Want Without Making It Heavy

You don't need to open with, “I want casual sex.” That can sound like you skipped the woman in front of you and focused on an outcome.

You also shouldn't act like you want a serious relationship when you don't. That wastes her time and makes your words hard to trust.

Talk about your dating goal once you have shared a few messages or met for a drink. Use plain words.

“I’m dating without looking for a serious relationship. I like meeting one person, having fun, and seeing if we both want to keep spending time together.”

You can also say:

“I’m open to something casual, but I want it to feel good for both of us. I’m not looking to pressure anyone.”

Then ask her what she wants.

“What are you looking for?”

Listen to the answer. If she wants marriage soon and you want a short, casual connection, don't try to talk her out of it. Thank her for being clear and move on.

Casual dating still needs honesty. She should know enough to make a choice with both eyes open.

Section 03

Make the First Date Easy to Leave

Pick a public place with a clear end. A coffee shop, a bar, or a short walk near other people works well. Avoid inviting her to your home before she knows you. Don't make her depend on you for a ride home.

A simple plan sounds like this:

“Let’s grab a drink at the place near the park. I can stay for about an hour.”

That gives her a time and place. It also shows that the date doesn't come with a hidden demand.

During the date, ask about things she can answer with more than one word. Ask what she does for fun, what kind of places she likes, or what made her laugh this week. Share your own answers too.

Don't turn the date into an interview. If she says she likes live music, tell her about a show you enjoyed. If she talks about travel, ask what place she would visit again.

Watch her actions, not just her words. Does she sit close by choice? Does she keep the conversation going? Does she suggest another drink? These signs can show interest, but they don't replace a clear yes.

If you want to kiss her, ask.

“Can I kiss you?”

If she says yes, kiss her. If she says no, smile and say, “No problem.” Keep enjoying the date only if she still seems comfortable. If she pulls away or gets quiet, slow down.

Section 04

Talk About Sex Before Sex

Before you have sex, speak about the basics in a calm voice. Ask what she likes, what she does not want, and what protection you will use.

You can say:

“What are you comfortable with tonight?”

“Do you want to use condoms?”

“Is there anything you don't want to do?”

A person can agree to kissing and still say no to sex. She can agree to sex and still say no to a certain act. She can change her mind after saying yes. You need a clear yes for each part.

Alcohol makes this harder. If she is too drunk to answer clearly, don't have sex with her. Wait until she can speak, choose, and remember what is happening.

Consent should sound like a real choice. “Do you want to come back to my place?” gives her room to say no. Pulling her toward your door does not.

If she says, “I’m not sure,” treat it as no for now. Say, “That’s fine. We can stop.” Then stop.

A condom also needs a clear agreement. Don't remove it during sex. Don't lie about using one. If you both want to stop, stop.

Section 05

Handle the Morning After Like an Adult

Casual dating does not mean you disappear after sex. Send a short message when you leave or when you wake up.

“Thanks for last night. I had a good time. I’m still keeping things casual, but I’d like to see you again if you do.”

If you don't want to meet again, be direct without being cruel.

“I enjoyed meeting you, but I don’t think we’re a match for another date. I wanted to tell you clearly.”

She may want more than you do. She may also want less contact. Respect her answer. Don't keep sending late-night messages when she has asked for space. Don't promise a relationship to keep sex available.

The goal is simple: both people understand the deal, both people can say no, and neither person has to guess what happened. That is how casual dating stays casual and respectful.
