## What if you knew how to take the next step?

You see a woman you want to meet.

- You know how to walk over and start the conversation.
- You have something to work with after hello. You can make the conversation more personal, show interest, and flirt.
- When there's a connection, you know how to suggest seeing her again.
- You get her number and have a way to move the conversation toward a date.
- Once you're sitting together, you understand how to build comfort, create chemistry, and recognize mutual interest.
- And when you meet someone you want to keep seeing, you have the skills to work on the relationship, too.

**That's what you're learning: how to handle the whole process, from the first hello to what comes next.**

The Complete Dating System brings those skills together in one course.

[Get the Complete Dating System](https://coldapproach.io/pay/embedded?plan=complete-dating-system)

## Getting past one sticking point can reveal the next.

- **You finally start approaching.** Now you can talk to women, but the conversations keep staying friendly.
- **You learn to create more interest.** Now you're getting numbers, but struggling to turn them into dates.
- **You start going on dates.** Now you're wondering why evenings that seemed to go well rarely lead to a second one.

Each stage asks something different of you.

- You can be good at starting conversations and still need work on flirting.
- You can have a strong profile and still struggle once you meet.
- You can get into a relationship and still need to learn how to communicate within it.

The skill you're missing may come after the part you've been practising most.

That's why this course covers the whole process.

Learn how the pieces fit together, then work on the one that deserves your attention.

He thought approaching was the problem. The course showed him what came next.

I joined convinced I needed to get better at approaching. Once I worked through the first few modules, I realized I was actually getting plenty of good interactions and then wasting them afterward. My texting was the real bottleneck. Seeing the whole process made that obvious.

From Matthew Stevens, Co-Founder & Head Coach

## I learned each stage the hard way. You can start with the lessons it taught me.

When I started, I had no skills with women. No coach. No mentor.

So I went out and approached.

I failed over 4,000 approaches before I could get dates consistently. One month, I averaged more than 20,000 steps a day and got zero dates.

Then, when I finally started getting dates, I ran into another problem.

I could have a week full of first dates and still struggle to get a second one.

Getting past that brought another set of questions: how to keep the connection going, how to communicate, and how to handle a relationship once I actually wanted one.

Every improvement exposed something else I needed to learn.

I filled notebooks. Recorded myself. Studied confidence, attraction, and communication. Tried things, got rejected, and went back out.

I was willing to put in the effort.

What took much longer was understanding where that effort needed to go.

That's why I wanted this course to cover the entire process.

The approach. The conversation. The attraction. The messages. The date. The relationship.

So when you improve one part, the next part is already there for you to learn.

You still have to walk over. Send the message. Go on the date. Use the material.

But you can do that with a clearer understanding of what you're trying to accomplish, and what deserves your attention.

The Complete Dating System is the course I wanted when I was trying to put all of this together. Best, **Matthew** *Co-Founder & Head Coach*

Fundamentals of Game · Why basics beat clever tactics

See how the course explains the foundations behind your presentation, conversations, and interactions.

### Why basics beat clever tactics

3:00 read

There's a trap a lot of guys fall into. They think if they just memorize the right line, or understand some psychology trick, or have some clever move, then it all happens automatically.

That's not how it works.

Attraction isn't magic. It comes from a bunch of basic things stacking together. Good grooming. Posture. Being able to actually talk to someone. Not being weird on a date. Moving forward without pushing. Knowing when to leave.

None of that is clever. None of it is a secret. It's all just basics.

Here's what happens with guys who chase clever instead of basics. They memorize a line. It works once. They feel smart. Then it fails ten times because they never learned how to read a room or actually connect. They watch a video on body language, stand up straighter, and nothing changes because they're still wearing clothes that don't fit. They learn some psychological trick and it backfires because the person they're talking to just wants a normal conversation.

Clever doesn't scale. Basics do.

Approach Blueprint · The six moves

See how a playbook turns an idea into actions to practise: choosing the moment, walking over, starting the conversation, and responding to what happens.

### The six moves

3:30 read

These six actions take you from standing still to making a respectful approach. Use them in order, then repeat the set at a real cafe, shop, or social place.

1. *1* **Practice With Low Stakes.** Go to a cafe, shop, or lobby and greet five people. Say, "Hi, how's your day going?" Then keep walking after each person answers.
2. *2* **Choose Within Three Seconds.** When you see a woman who is not busy, say, "I will walk over now." Start walking within three seconds of saying it.
3. *3* **Put Away Your Phone.** Before you walk over, put your phone in your pocket. Keep both hands free, face her, and stop at a polite distance.
4. *4* **Use A Plain Opener.** Say, "Hi, I'm [your name]. I wanted to come say hi." Use this line instead of searching for a clever speech.
5. *5* **Ask One Simple Question.** After she answers your hello, ask, "What are you up to today?" Listen to her reply without planning your next sentence.
6. *6* **Exit With Good Manners.** If she gives short answers or says no, say, "No problem. Have a good day." Step back, turn away, and return to what you were doing.

## Short lessons. Specific practice. Guides you can come back to.

### Learn one thing at a time.

The course contains **179 written lessons in 43 sections**.

Each lesson focuses on one topic and shows its reading time. Read it in a few minutes, then give yourself a chance to use it.

### Take the material into real interactions.

Fundamentals includes practice drills, such as the 30-second hello.

Every playbook ends with a two-week drill and a checklist, so you have a practical way to work on the material.

### Find the part you need.

The ten playbooks follow a consistent format: why you get stuck, six moves, what to say, and a two-week drill.

Open the relevant guide before going out, sending a message, or planning a date.

### See how the words can sound.

Steal My Lines gives you examples of first messages, replies, and ways to move toward a plan.

Use them to understand the phrasing and how to apply the ideas in a conversation.

He started recognizing the moments the advice was about.

A lot of dating advice sounds obvious until you actually have to recognize it while it's happening. Seeing interactions broken down made a huge difference. I could finally see the moments coaches were talking about instead of just memorizing another rule and hoping I noticed it next time.

## Open the right guide when you need it.

- You're about to go out.
- You've just got her number.
- A conversation has gone quiet.
- You're planning a date with someone you're excited about.

The **Field Toolkit** gives you ten focused playbooks organized around those moments.

Each one includes why you get stuck, six moves, what to say, a two-week drill, and a checklist.

### Meeting her and keeping the conversation moving

01

Approach Blueprint

Work through the moment between seeing her and starting the interaction. Give yourself a practical sequence to rehearse and use.

The six moves

These six actions take you from standing still to making a respectful approach. Use them in order, then repeat the set at a real cafe, shop, or social place.

- **Practice With Low Stakes.** Go to a cafe, shop, or lobby and greet five people. Say, "Hi, how's your day going?" Then keep walking after each person answers.
- **Choose Within Three Seconds.** When you see a woman who is not busy, say, "I will walk over now." Start walking within three seconds of saying it.

02

Opening Playbook

Know what to say in the first ten seconds, especially when your mind goes blank.

The six moves

Use these six moves in order. They take you from seeing her to hearing her answer.

- **Pick a Clean Approach Moment.** Choose a woman who is not on her phone or rushing to a door. Walk over during a clear pause, such as when she stops at a shelf.
- **Enter Her Sight Line.** Walk toward her from the front or front side, then stop about two feet away. Keep both hands visible and leave a clear path beside you.

03

Conversation Engine

Build on what she says, add something of your own, and keep the conversation moving beyond questions and answers.

The six moves

Use these six moves in order. Each one gives her a line to answer, not another question.

- **Answer, then add detail.** Answer her question in one sentence. Add a detail she can ask about, such as, "Denver. I moved here for work, and I still miss the dry air." Pause for two seconds. Do not ask another question.
- **React before asking.** When she says, "I teach fourth grade," say, "That takes patience. My nephew thinks glue belongs on every table." Then ask, "What part do you like most?"

04

Group Playbook

Start the conversation when she's with friends and learn how to keep the group comfortable.

The six moves

Use these six moves in order. Say the lines aloud, then try them with a group at a bar, party, or cafe.

- **Read the group first.** Before you walk over, stand about three feet from the group at an open side. Wait until nobody is speaking, then face the woman and smile once.
- **Greet the whole group.** Walk to the open side and say, "Hey, I'm [your name]. You all look like you're having a good night. I wanted to meet you." Keep your feet outside their small circle.

05

Number Formula

Recognize a good moment to ask for her number and make the next step clear.

The six moves

The six actions below take you from a real talk to a set date. Do them in order, and say each line aloud until you can say it without reading.

- **Name One Real Detail.** Before you ask, name one thing she actually said. For example, say, "That story about your old job was funny." Ask one question about that story. Listen until she finishes.
- **Ask With A Plan.** After she answers, say, "I've liked talking with you. Let's get coffee Thursday after work. What's your number?" Say it once, then wait for her answer.

### Moving toward a date

06

Text Game Blueprint

Work on the messages between getting her number and making a plan to meet.

The six moves

Use these six actions in order. Each one gives you a clear text to send or a clear thing to do.

- **Save one real detail.** Open your notes app before you leave. Write her name and one detail she gave you, such as the cafe she likes or the class she takes.
- **Send a clear opener.** Within 24 hours, name the place you met and ask about the detail. Try, "Hey, it's [your name] from the food hall. Which noodle place did you mention?"

07

Flake Recovery

Handle cancellations and quiet conversations. Decide how to follow up and when to move on.

The six moves

Use these six moves in order. Start with the last text you have, and end by closing the chat.

- **Read the last ten lines.** Open the chat and read the last ten lines before you type. Write her last clear answer on paper, such as "I can’t make Thursday."
- **Mark the chat type.** Mark the chat as a cancel or no reply. If her words are vague, use the clear ask below.

08

Match Magnet

Review your photos, improve your profile, and give your online conversations a stronger starting point.

The six moves

These six moves fix a messy camera roll. You end with a clean profile and a first message you can use. Do them in order. Keep your phone open.

- **Delete weak photos.** Open your camera roll. Remove blurry shots, mirror selfies, car shots, and photos where your face is hidden. Keep pictures you would show a friend before a first date.
- **Shoot a clear first photo.** Ask a friend to take 20 photos outside in daylight. Face the phone and keep your eyes visible.

### The date itself

09

First Date Formula

Plan the setting and work through what to say and do, from arranging the date to ending the evening.

The six moves

These six moves tell you what to book, say, and do from the first text to goodbye. Use them in order, then run the drill before your next date.

- **Pick two nearby places.** Choose a cafe with a dessert shop within a five minute walk. Check both places close at least one hour after your planned end time.
- **Set the date length.** Book the first place for 60 to 90 minutes. Put the end time in your phone, then choose a start time that does not clash with her train or bus home.

10

First Kiss Method

Work on recognizing comfort and mutual interest, then moving toward a kiss with more confidence.

The six moves

Use these six moves in order. They take you from the seat to the pause, then to the kiss.

- **Choose a side seat.** At a booth or couch, sit beside her or at a right angle, not straight across. Keep about one forearm of space. This lets you turn toward her without bending over the table.
- **Use one brief touch.** During a warm laugh, touch her forearm for one second, then take your hand away. Use this only when she reaches for you first or keeps her arm near yours.

### Plus: Steal My Lines

See examples of how the ideas sound in conversation and messages.

First messages. Replies that keep things moving. Ways to suggest a plan.

Use the examples to understand the phrasing and adapt it to the interaction in front of you.

Question-based first messages

A question is the safest first move.

“Your photos from that trip look incredible. Where was that?”

All ten playbooks and Steal My Lines are included with your course.

The guide he opens before he goes out.

The main modules taught me the system, but the Field Toolkit is probably what I open most often now. If I'm going out that night or a conversation has gone quiet, I can pull up the relevant guide in a few minutes instead of digging through hours of lessons trying to remember what I learned.

Use the relevant modules to work on attraction, texting, dates, or another part of your game that needs attention.

### Most of your dating starts online.

Start with Online Dating, then use the Text Game Blueprint and Dates module to work on what happens after the match.

### You want a relationship you're excited about.

Use the course to work on meeting women, developing connections, and handling commitment once you find someone you want to keep seeing.

Social Circle and Relationships are part of the full system.

Fundamentals gave him a starting point.

Before this, I genuinely didn't know where to start. Every video online seemed to assume I already understood ten other things. Fundamentals gave me the map, and then I could work through one skill at a time without constantly wondering whether I was skipping something important.

**Eric T.** *Columbus, USA*

Years of experience. Still something important to improve.

I've been approaching for years, so I expected to skim a lot of the course. Instead, the useful part was seeing where my skills were uneven. I was strong in person but much weaker at converting numbers and running dates than I thought. It gave me a much clearer picture of what to work on.

**Julian S.** *New York, USA*

## Everything unlocks today. Here's a suggested way to work through it.

Start with Fundamentals. Then use this six-week path through the six skill areas:

When Focus

- Start here Fundamentals of Game
- Week 1 Daygame
- Week 2 Nightgame
- Week 3 Online Dating
- Week 4 Dates
- Week 5 Social Circle
- Week 6 Relationships

Use the roadmap as a starting point. Spend longer on an area when you want more practice, or go directly to the module you need.

All seven modules and the complete Field Toolkit are available immediately.

## Make room to use what you learn.

Read a lesson. Try the skill. Write down what happened.

Give yourself a chance to practise before piling on more material.

The course includes drills to help you do that.

- The 30-second hello Practise walking over, saying hello, keeping the conversation going for thirty seconds, and leaving. The Fundamentals drill runs three times a week for three weeks.
- The tiny daily practice Go out with one specific intention. Do it once or twice. Write down what you did and what happened. Keep that practice going for thirty days.
- The fourteen-day check-in After two weeks, review your notes. Find a recurring sticking point and make it your focus for the next two weeks.
- The playbook drills Every Field Toolkit playbook ends with a two-week drill and a checklist. Use them to turn the material into something you practise.

The point is to use the course in your dating life while you're learning it.

He actually finished this one.

I'm the kind of person who buys a course, watches six hours the first weekend, and then never opens it again. Having one part to focus on at a time completely changed that. I'd learn something, go out and try it, then come back before moving on. I actually finished this one.

**Connor J.** *Boston, USA*

As his dating life changed, the part he needed changed too.

When I started, Daygame was basically all I cared about. A couple months later I was going back through texting and dates because those had become the new problems. That's what I like about having the whole system. The part you need changes as you get better.

**Jonah W.** *Seattle, USA*

## Frequently asked questions

**Is this useful when I already know a lot about dating?**

You can know the advice and still have parts of your game that need work.

Use the course to examine the stages where your results are uneven: attraction, texting, online dating, dates, or relationships.

Every module is available immediately, so you can go directly to the area you want to improve.

**Is this for complete beginners?**

Yes. Start with Fundamentals.

It introduces the foundations behind approaching, presentation, conversation, texting, and dates, then helps you understand how the stages connect.

From there, you can work through the course in order and practise one skill at a time.

**Am I too old to learn game?**

You don't need to be in your twenties to work on your confidence, conversations, dating, or relationships.

Start with the skills that matter to your situation, whether you're new to dating, returning after a relationship, or trying to improve the dating life you already have.

**Do I need to finish the whole course before using it?**

No. Start putting the material into practice as you go.

Read a lesson, use what you learned, and return to the next part with some experience to build on.

The playbooks and practice drills are there to help you take that step.

**Do I get all seven modules immediately?**

Yes. All seven modules, all ten Field Toolkit playbooks, and Steal My Lines unlock with your purchase.

The six-week roadmap is a suggested study path. You can open any module from the start.

**How long do I keep access?**

Your one-time purchase includes **unlimited access**.

There's no recurring subscription required to keep your course access.

Future lessons added to these seven modules are included.

**What's the refund policy?**

**What exactly are the lessons like?**

The course contains **179 written lessons across 43 sections**.

Each lesson focuses on one topic and shows its reading time, usually a few minutes.

Fundamentals includes practice drills. The ten playbooks each cover why you get stuck, six moves, what to say, a two-week drill, and a checklist.

Steal My Lines provides examples of how the ideas sound in conversation and messages.

**Can I see the teaching before buying?**

Yes. You can preview the first Fundamentals section and explore the lesson and playbook samples on this page.

[Preview the First Fundamentals Section](https://coldapproach.io/app/vault/complete-dating-system)

**How is this different from the Community membership?**

The standalone course is **$497 once**, with unlimited access to the course, its ten playbooks, and Steal My Lines.

Community is a separate membership with coach feedback in member channels, weekly live group coaching, and access to the course and learning library while your membership is active.

**What if I get stuck?**
